Review Source:Waitress seemed annoyed, she rolled her eyes at us a few times. Â Wings were hard and chewy. Took forever to get our order. Â It was a Tuesday and not a whole lot of people were there so I never expected to wait that long for our food. Â Drinks were never refilled without having to ask. Thumbs down.
Review Source:I don't know what the negative reviews are about! Â Is it loud? Â Yeah, there are like, 20 huge TVs playing sports and a full bar with drunk people. Â It's a PARTY. Â Of course it's loud. Â If you are trying to have a romantic night at a wings restaurant, than you're at the wrong place. Â
Queso appetizer not great? Â Don't go to a wings restaurant and order mexican food! Â It's that simple! Â ORDER WINGS. Â
As for the service, I personally have never had any problems with the service. Â Wings may take a little long, but when the restaurant is packed, how fast can you expect the kitchen to be? Â The servers have always been quick, attentive, and always willing to please. Â The only time I had something wrong with my order was when we were there with 44 other people. Â In my opinion, they were excused that night. Â
The wings here are good! Â You've got 14 flavors to choose from and they run the gamut from sweet and mild to hot and super spicy. Â

My favorite flavor is Mango Habanero.  You get that first sweet bite of mango in your mouth and after a little chewing, you start to feel a new sensation:  a light, smokey tingling on your lips.. like a lover's kiss that burns and now you're starting to wonder what you've caught and whether or not it's treatable.  lol  it's delicious.  Don't worry, that tingling on your lips will go away after awhile. Â
I usually do not like my wings this saucy, but you can order them "lightly sauced". Â Plus, they have a new flavor out this month and it's for a limited time only. Â It's called "Desert Heat" and it's totally dry! Â
For a side, order a basket of the Buffalo Chips ($5). Â It's basically a few potatoes that have been scalloped and deep fried then very lightly salted. Â They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Â Soooo good. Â
So yes, this place is loud, but again - this is that kind of restaurant. Â Where 45 crazy new pharmacy students can go out and celebrate their first two weeks of school and get a little liquored up. Â You can't do that at Wing Stop or Wing Street. Â You could do it at Hooters, but it's just less fun when they only have 4 flavors. Â Oh, and the best thing about Buffalo Wild Wings? Â FORTY CENT WINGS ALL DAY ON TUESDAYS ! ! ! !
Pros: 40c wings on Tuesdays, plenty of room for rowdy groups, buffalo chips, open till 2am EVERYDAY
Cons: wings are a bit saucy, iced tea is garbage (order beer), there's only one BWW in Amarillo =(
Am trying real hard to like this place as it's cool to go and hang out with a bunch of friends... but the service is ALWAYS horrible. Food is basically drunk people food. I ordered the queso appetizer and it was so thick and gross I could hold the cup upside down and nothing moved. True story. Also, the wait staff has no idea what they have on tap or carry at the bar and i'm talking about just the BEER selection. We picked 3 different beers that are on the menu but that they say they don't carry anymore. Who knows what else they don't carry anymore. Every waitress we asked had to walk back to the bar and check.
What might be the last straw was the last UFC fight we were up there, largest table in the place, and they give us the new girl. She always disappeared in the back somewhere and was no where to be found when we needed something. At the end of the night was the worst... it took us 45 min. to an hour to get our ticket and pay out. We were the last people there waiting and she had to go to everyone and ASK them what they ordered. Messed up several times. The manager and the rest of the workers did nothing to help her out. Very upset with that because we understood she was new but someone should have stepped up and helped her out.
When you have a huge table like ours and we're dropping lots of money and you make them wait an hour to pay out you're gonna believe they're going elsewhere next time.
Extremely loud place- both the music and the crowd- the acoustics make it even worse. Â Service was slow and the wings (their specialty) were swimming in so much sauce, they were difficult to eat. Â The flavors were fine, but in the area of sauce, less is more. Â The iced tea was even awful! Â There are better places in Amarillo for buffalo wings (ie. Wing Stop and even Wing Street!) . Â This is really more of a bar that serves (bad) food as opposed to a restaurant.
