Really crowded on a friday night but we managed to get a booth after 30 min of waiting. For 7pm, that isn't bad at all, especially for the first week it opened. We ordered nachos for an appetizer and 24 wings to share amongst the 3 of us. The appetizer didn't come and we had to ask for it. Then both the assistant manager and the manager came to check up on us multiple times and even brought us our nachos and gave them to us for free. Kudos to them for

However, the second time we went, our wings go lost. we ordered burgers this time, just to try and they were not juicy at all and oh so flat. So I definitely don't recommend the burgers. We ordered 6 wings as an appetizer and they simply didn't come. We asked our server about them and he came out maybe 4 times to let us know he doesn't know why they are taking so long. I didn't either. 6 wings, c'mon. The wings didn't come until after our burgers were done already.

If I wasn't planning on using that free 6 wings coupon they sent to us as a promotion, I would have demanded to see a manager or something because that was simply ridiculous.

I guess I can also speak about the wing flavors. We tried Garlic Parmesan, sweet BBQ, desert heat (rub), chipotle bbq (rub). They were okay.

I've been here several times for takeout since they opened and been very satisfied, but my last takeout experience was messed up and I ended up going there with friends last night and had a terrible experience:

I went back there last night with a group of 6 friends to eat in the restaurant, we had a very disappointing experience and I don't think I will be going back to the Beaufort location. We were seated immediately and ordered drinks, our first round of drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive. We ordered food shortly after we arrived (before our drinks showed up), over 30 minutes later the waitress told us that our food was being plated and would be out in a minute, it was another 20 minutes until our food came out, almost a hour after we ordered. Our waitress was very good about bringing us water but when the replacement water glasses didn't have lemon and I asked for lemon. 10 minutes later still with no lemon, I asked again, she brought out a third glass of water without a lemon. I asked her for a third time and she apologized saying she was flustered because the kitchen was taking so long with our food.
After our food finally arrived I ordered a Rotator IPA, 10 minutes later the waitress came back and told me the tap head was broken and asked if I wanted a different beer. My friend's wings came with powdered buffalo sauce because you were out of liquid sauce which he was not told of when he ordered. I made the mistake of ordering the cinnamon sugar donuts for dessert 10-15 minutes later they were still not out, our waitress came and said that the kitchen hadn't put them in the fryer, and that they had just put them in and that they would be ready in 2 and a half minutes. Because we had waited so long she was going to give us two orders of the donuts and just charge us for the one. Another 5-7 minutes later the donuts finally came out. Not only was there one order instead of the two that were promised (not that I needed the extra calories), the donuts were still frozen in the center.

Went here expecting a good meal.  I've loved the B-dubs in Indiana, so I was excited to try the new location here...however, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered 8 boneless wings with medium sauce. They came out in small pieces and was more than 8 pieces.  They gave me the leftovers!  They weren't fresh.  You could tell they had been reheated and got cold very quickly.  My husbands traditional wings were the same way.  The wedges with cheese were the only thing that seemed to be warmed to the proper temperature.
The next time I return to B-dubs will be when I'm visiting in Indiana.  I won't be coming back here with the poor quality here.
If you are looking for good wings, go to the Smokehouse on Hilton Head Island or go to Guiseppis in Bluffton.   It will be worth the drive rather than coming to B-dubs!

Great service & food! The server was awesome, attentive and quick. We were a large party and didn't experience a wait at all. The food was fresh and yummy.

Always amazing, this new branch far exceeded my expectations. I've been to a couple of Buffalo wild wings before so I had an idea of what to expect but was absolutely put off by the amount of attention the servers gave me. I had the boneless wings with Caribbean jerk and a side salad. Now here is one thing I wish they told you before you order your wings... GET THEM EXTRA WET!!!!!   If you don't then all your getting is chicken with a little bit of sauce on 'em not wings!  But the Caribbean jerk is absolutely amazing.  I'd also recommend the Jammin jalapeño. The side salad was an unexpected surprise being an actual salad instead of a conglomeration of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.  Now I've saved the best for last, THE BEER!  As always an amazing selection and always a good pour. Over all this is the new place for wings and amazing bar food in Beaufort especially if you love sports!

Ahhhhhh where do I begin? I have absolutely mixed feelings about this restaurant and will need a few more visits and update my review accordingly!
Today, however, we ordered takeout. When I called in the order I was greeted by a very sweet young lady. Unfortunately she didn't have very much knowledge of the menu. Which of your flavors are dry rubs? "Uh, hold on." What do you have that isn't really hot? "Uh, hold on" Do you have jalapeno poppers? "Uh, I think so. Just a minute and let me find out" It went on from there. When we picked up the food they were VERY nice and attentive and the order was ready when they said it would be.
Now on to our order........Large sweet tea. BUST. It must be the worst sweet tea I have ever had. I don't like tea as sweet as McDonalds but this literally tasted like they forgot the sugar and it almost had like a sour taste to it. Never again. Jalapeno poppers. LOVE. They had like a cheddar filling. Not too big. The jalapenos had a great flavor. They didn't taste like they had been in the freezer for a year. You know when you bite in to some you pull the gummy jalapeno straight out of the breading? These were really really good. My 12 yr old even ate a few. The wings......we got the 24 pc. Mild, pretty good. Lemon Pepper, pretty good. Parmesan Garlic, just horrible. No one in the house would eat them. Not even the dog. They had a really pungent smell and taste. Not really sure how to describe them. I am surprised they don't have more flavors. I was hoping for a Cajun rub, Old Bay, or Honey Mustard. No such luck. i think we will stick to our other wing place here in town for wings. They are a little better and more flavor selection.
I will, however, try them again and dine in. Maybe we will try burgers or wraps or something!

I'll try it again and amend my review. I do agree with the other review, quite salty. Like finger bloat salty.

Upon arrival we were seated and greeted quickly. Our beverages came out within a reasonable amount of time. Mine, a draft and a tequila neat as I stated to the server "not chilled, no sprinkle spangles just tequila". The mot sticks were hot and stringy, :-) the spinach and artichoke dip was, well, spinach and artichoke dip. However the chips were NOT stale, very crispy, and ironically not salty :-). I ordered 8 boneless garlic parm wings and chips.....
The chips were more slices, like 1/4 inch slices. More of a potato round than chip. They WERE fried well, they just weren't chips. My boneless came out in two paper boats. One, containing four pieces, marked Garlic Parm. The other Fried. No sauce. I asked my server why one chicken boat was shiner than the other, he was quiet for awhile, I pointed out that there was NO sauce on one groups. He immediately ran back to the kitchen.
The "nuggets" were salty, even the nonsauced bunch with a lot of breading. Not really garlicky or parmesany, BUT they were boneless. My replacements arrived! Full of bones! I ordered another shot, said thank you and left the bone-in wings on the edge of the table. After the arrival of my shot, somehow now chilled with ice floating around the top, I gave in a tried the "regular wings".
Wow, THEY were good. They tasted better than the first order did. I asked my server what they were, because they weren't Garlic Parm. These were Garlicy, Parmesany AND Spicy. I showed him the two side by side. You could see the redness speckled throughout. I told him to run quickly and find the pan that wasn't rinsed well when these were tossed. I was having a totally "accidental chocolate bar in the peanut butter" moment. He looked lost. So I explained that THIS "new" flavor was great!
I understand y'all are new, the draft was very cold! I'll def. try y'all again in a week or two. Our server, whom I'm sure will recognize this post, was great. He was quick and efficient and did what he could, if I see him I'll totally request his section...Btw, try to figure out that wing flavor!

By nature the food served here should be salty, but I think they took it a bit too far. It seemed like everything was drenched in salt. The teriyaki wings shouldn't have used as much soy sauce as it did. The jalapeño poppers were okay, but more cheese than spice-- again really salty. The asian zing wings were on point and absolutely delish! The waitress was very nice and polite. She knew exactly what she was doing despite the place only opening a few days ago. The food service itself was REALLY slow! Even others patrons around me were getting irritated with the lack of food for so long after getting drinks.
