I love BWW! There are a TON of TVs everywhere always playing several games so worrying about it not featuring one is hardly an issue. Wings are always excellent! Two bars, outdoor seating, pretty waitresses that are awesome, and a great atmosphere.
Wing Tuesday's and Boneless Thursday's are great deals! Save your receipts and do the survey to get 6 free wings!
Average experience across the board. Â Went here on Wing Tuesday and stood around a bit until someone finally noticed me and sat me down at the bar (at my request).
Food was good. Â Took a while for my drinks to come out. Â Service may have been slower than usual since NBA Playoff was on and the place was pretty packed.
I never even knew this place existed until the locals we were with brought us over. Â After how much I was drinking that night, I'm proud of myself for just remembering we were there, let alone what I ate.
The server was excellent here. Â He had a great attitude and was very fast to serve our drinks and food. Â We ended up sharing a few orders of nachos (there were 8 of us) and they were awesome. Â Piled high and topped with sauce, beef, and vegetables, this was a great way to keep the night going well. Â I also had a honey bbq bacon chicken sandwich. Â It was pretty good and definitely helped quench the hunger dragon.
I returned there once more, this time to get some drinks and enjoy the view of the river from the patio. Â Want a tasty drink? Buffalo Run. Â It's tastes great but keep in mind that there is a lot of booze in it, and it will knock you out like George Foreman if you have too many.
The food only warrants a 3 star rating but the rest of the place was great.  Lots of beers on tap, good service despite a crowded afternoon, and TV's everywhere  - can watch 4 games at same time.  Wings are just average as well as other fried items (most of menu).  Really large, nice outdoor patio area, too.
Review Source:This is my favorite place to go while at the Boardwalk. I sat at the bar on the patio and have to say it's a great place to grab a bit to eat, hang out in the nice warm Louisiana weather and look out across the river.
The service was great, the food was good and the atmosphere is fun. They have tv's hanging over the bar which was great for watching a game outside. Definately a good place to eat while your out and about at the Boardwalk.
This is one of my favorite BW3s in the country, and I have been to quite a few. It is located in the Boardwalk complex, which means if I am hungry while the family is shopping, I can pull up a barstool, watch some sports and eat a wing or 24. Today's experience was excellent, with a very attentive bartender (Mark) and great tasting wings. I finally made the correct choice by not ordering the spicy garlic wings, which i remind myself each time that I don't like, and went with the "wild" flavor. Perfect! Enough heat, not too much sting versus taste, and complimented nicely with an unsweet tea.
All around good experience when coupled with the 4 different football games going on!
My experience living in Shreveport-Bossier ended in 2002, so a return visit in 2009 required seeing the Louisiana Boardwalk on the Bossier City side of the Red River. I met up with old friends who still lived in the area at Buffalo Wild Wings where we scarfed down some good grub and beers.
Considering it used to be hard to find a decent beer selection in Shreveport (mind you, I'm probably referring to the dark ages of the mid-1990's), I was impressed with BWW's offerings. I had a couple of Stella Artois to go with the snacks I was sharing. They pour some generously tall pints here. And I'd love to try more of their wing varieties, because the Caribbean Jerk wings were way tasty. And the Southwestern Ranch dipping sauce is an addicting condiment in which to dunk their deep-fried onion rings.
This was a fun, brand-new, sports bar/restaurant experience. Food's good, service was good (although a little slow with the first round of beers for some reason). They even had a great karaoke night going on where I got to belt out a Creedence Clearwater Revival tune to represent for the two Californians at the table (the song was "Lodi", for those who might be curious).
