We came in a Sunday afternoon and enjoyed our first visit. Â We had heard from other friends that the place was not always a great place to go but we wanted to try it out and we were lucky it was slow. The manager was very nice. She came to our table twice. Â Our server, Kendra, was attentive and nice. Â We ordered the Chili Queso dip to share. The dip was average, kind of typical food chain fair but the chips were great-very light and warm tortilla chips. Â We also shared the Artichoke Spinach Flat-bread. Â It was awesome! Â There was so much chicken! Â I would recommend this flat-bread to anyone who loves artichoke and spinach. I would say a good place to go on a slow day. Â We are interested in the atmosphere during football season though. Â If we could get a decent table the games and the food would be cool.
Review Source:If your name has "Wings" in it...especially "Buffalo Wings"...your wings should be the best thing on your menu!! Â I wouldn't come here again unless someone else was paying...and even then I'd eat something before I came and just munch on the carrot sticks and sip a coke. Â The wings are edible...but not much better than that. Â Anyone that likes the wings here hasn't had GOOD wings so they don't know the difference. Â With a zillion servers working you'd think the service would be unbelievable, but, sadly the service is too busy to check on a table so you constantly have to flag someone down. Â I was with a big party and the servers brought all the food and none of the silverware/tongs/etc to serve it with. Â 20 minutes later ppl just started using their fingers to grab the food and, of course, once we were almost done the girl shows up with the tongs/silverware. Â You'd think that would be the FIRST thing you bring is the settings. Â Whatever...skip this place if you can...not worth the effort.
Review Source:Really disappointed with this place. Went to a late lunch here. Ordered a apple martini and it tasted like no alcohol was in it AND the glass wasnt even full. It looked like someone had drank a third of the drink already. So i sent it back and ordered a margarita. Â It was blended, still tasted like no alcohol in it, and it was lumpy and overflowing out of the glass. I was still disappointed but at this point i didnt care and just kept my margarita that tasted like a slurpee. Â Then my food came and my burger was burnt. Like literally black and charred. Â The fries were meh also. The only good thing about this place was the mozzarella sticks and the waiter who was super kind. Â Would not go here again though.
Review Source:This is a  big box chain restaurant so I will not bother reviewing the food. It is consistent with other location so if you have had a flavored hot wing, this is nothing to write home about.
Great location, incredible staff and you can see tv's from the parking lot. Customers fill up the place during special events. There is plenty of parking. When the restaurant is at capacity, you can watch the tv's in the parking lot. This location is large.
This place is KP approved.
This place is sometimes a hit or a miss horrible service one day great the next time go figure. now for the food had the habanero mango wings well done those are spicy and really good. the curry wings also a hit the burgers not so much they are just ok. drinks are good prices are reasonable.
Review Source:Came here to watch the Final Four Semi Finals and surprisingly they were not packed at all. Not sure if it was the time of day but it was somewhat odd because I'm so used to entering all the "B-Dubs" full of people drinking and enjoying wings watching the games.
Well for the most part our waiter took really good care of us and he was patient with our indecisiveness. I'm still looking for the wings that I got in Long Beach. I'm pretty sure it was the Caribbean Jerk but dry rub. I'm yet to find those again.
But yes the flavors to get are the Caribbean Jerk and the Mango Habanero.
I would take advantage of the $.60 wings on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I received a gift card to this place for christmas, and had a horrible experience.
We went during a weekday between 1-2pm. Place was empty, waitress took forever to take our order, bring us our drinks, bring us our food, and last but not least, bring us out check. Horrible customer service and saw a ton of employees just walking around not doing anything.
My beer was good, my water ice cube had a hair. DISGUSTING!!!! The wings were overcooked and had a freezer burn taste. I should've complained since I got the RUNS for the next two days. Don't eat here if you care for your stomach. Wish there was a negative 5 star option. This place deserves to be shut down.
How can you not love this place? Every Tuesday, it is pretty full, but the customer service is still great. The waitresses recognize us by now, so that's a plus.
Obviously Tuesday and Thursday are the days to be here, but I find that their prices are reasonable any day. They have great happy hour specials and the wings are just as good, if not better than any other place.
The atmosphere is lively and it's heaven if you're a sports fan. They have every possible sports channel playing on all 800 of their TV's.
Only thing you can really "complain" about is the wait for the food, but it's not that bad, especially with all the joy around you!
Horrible service. Took 15 minutes to be seated when we were the only ones there. The waitress we had was rude and unhelpful. On top of that the staff just stand around. I have been to this location twice. both times were exactly the same, HORRIBLE!! Â Go to the buena park one, they are much better. I would give NO stars if I could.
Review Source:Wings are in my top 5 favorite foods, and the sauces at BW's are unique and flavorful! My experience here was pretty good. I really loved the service! The waiters/waitress and hostesses are extremely friendly and they're all pretty knowledgeable about their products.
MANGO habanero and the lemon pepper sauces, and their onion rings are what keep me coming back. Their prices are reasonable, but it's much better when you go during happy hour or during their wing specials.
They also have a variety of beers on tap; almost have anything you could possibly want. Go during happy hour to get the best bang for your buck!
Well, another BWW - another so so experience.
This time, I have to admit, the service was better at first, but then it eventually settled into what I've become accustomed to.
I met up with a friend to meet his significant other for the first time. So, we all met up at the lounge area and I have to admit, the service in that area was pretty good. I don't remember the server's name, but he was on his game. He was friendly, funny and knew what his place offered and didn't.
Anyway, when our party was moved out of the lounge area to the dining area, that's when the service tanked. I do have to admit, this time I will partly attribute the lack of service to how the restaurant is situated. I was sitting at the furthest point away from the bar - where my drinks were probably being made which meant a trek for my server to get my beverages.
And either they were short handed that day or management should learn to rezone the server's stations so that they're don't have a table at one end of the restaurant and a few in the middle.
Whatever the case, there were times when our party was left waiting, looking for our server. The assistants who bring out the food should be more helpful as they dropped off the food however, didn't ask if we needed anything. At one point, we had our food for a few minutes before we could flag our server down for utensils.
Anyway - the food was okay. I opted for the hottest of the hot and as usual, it wasn't hot enough for me. I didn't even break out with a bead of sweat on my nose. But, I can't fault BWW because I'm used to very spicy foods - it's just I love how servers act like the heat is so intense that they'll be ready to speed dial 911 when I can't handle it.
I have to admit, my friend's girl ordered a flat bread with artichoke that I really liked. Otherwise, BWW Cerritos lived up to my expectations.
I visited BWW with my nephew during the Notre Dame vs. Alabama game...we both forgot that there would be fans everywhere to watch the big screens! The sound there is amazing (if you want to watch the game as a fan), and you would actually think that you're in a stadium or arena of some sort just by the sound!
The wings were okay, but nothing to brag about. However, if you are a sports fan and want to catch a game with other fans, this would be the perfect place to go.
This is actually 2.5, but I decided to be generous and rounded up. I've had good experiences and bad ones dining in at this location.
The first couple of times I came, everything was good. I started eating here around spring time, and it was not so crowded, service was good, and sometimes I would even get extra wings for free. The reason I would come back was for their mango habanero wings and the mozzarella sticks. The wings are sweet and really spicy, and the mozzarella sticks are extra cheesy!
Then came the bad times. Later in the year, things really started to go downhill. Instead of extra wings, they would forget one or two wings out of 8. The wings tasted more like the cook got stingy on the sauce. Also, I might be overreacting, but why does everyone else get a metal fork, and when I ask, I get a plastic one? Discriminating, perhaps?
The last time I visited really made me mad though. I walk in, I'm greeted, and the hostess asks if I want to sit at the dining area or the bar area for happy hour. I'm thinking, "Sure, I'd love some half priced mozzarella sticks!" I sit down and wait like 30 minutes for someone to finally help me. Kind of annoying, but I finally get to order. Then I wait some more, then the food comes. I eat, I'm happy, then the bill comes. Wtf, I get charged full price for mozzarella sticks?!? What happened to happy hour dude? So I tell the server, and he tells his manager, and after a few minutes, the manager comes out. I tell the manager the story, and he asks me, "What time did you come in?" I said, "Around 7pm." He tells me that happy hour is over at 7pm, but I tell him, "I wouldn't have sat at the bar and ordered appetizer then if your hostess didn't tell me it was still happy hour when I walked in!" He tells me to hold on, and then he comes back and tells me that all the hostesses claim they didn't say anything to me about happy hour at all. Now I'm super pissed, because the hostess that told me it was happy hour when I came in was standing RIGHT AT THE DOOR. I'm like, "Wooow....are you serious? I'm not about to leave here paying full price for this LIE!" The manager gives me a full on attitude about how, "Not a lot of other restaurants even offer happy hour this late," and, "I'll fix the check THIS time, but fyi for next time, happy hour ENDS AT 7PM."
Sooo this place is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good, other times, not really! Is the food really good enough for me to come back? Uh...no. I'll go try the one in Buena Park. Thanks other yelpers for the advice!
BWW's Happy Hour is nice. Â It is from 10pm to midnight which is late, but it is a nice place to go to after you have been at other happy hours all night. (Kidding... or am I?) I am not sure about other BWW, but the happy hour drinks at this location include Absolut plus mixer, Captain and Coke, and Jack Daniels and Coke for $3. Â Not bad. Â They also have appetizers on this late night happy hour as well, but I can't recall prices on that. Â I don't even know if they have happy hour during the day. The good thing about going at night is it isn't crazy packed so it isn't hard to find a table. Â Usually it is hard to find seating during the day in the bar.
Prices aren't bad for wings if you go on a Tuesday or Thursday since there are specials. Â The wings come with veggies so your stomach will thank you. Â The fries are good and amazing to snack on when watching a game. Â
The one thing that bugs me a little is that the servers get mixed up on tables. Â I have been there multiple times and the servers always come to our table and bring the wrong thing. Â It is usually appetizers which is fine, but one time I went there with some buddies and it happened three times in five minutes. Â Luckily this has only been with food otherwise we might have tried some new drinks. Kidding again...
Also the tables aren't cleaned off right away. Â The staff is nice enough to come clean the table quickly. Â Also about half the tables I have sat at have been sticky. Â It doesn't bug me enough to stop coming, just keep that in mind if someone in your group is weirded out by that type of thing.
I will continue to go here for some appetizers and drinks because it is great for groups. Â The happy hour is limited, but if you can drink the drinks stated above then you are good. Â WIth $3 I can't complain about the food mix-ups. Â Also the servers in the bar are nicer than the ones in the restaurant seating. Â Last call is at 1am since the place closes at 2am. Â Keep that in mind. Â Cheers with some beers and feel like kings with wings Yelpers!
If this site let me put 0 stars I would.
Now I've been to plenty of BWW across the US, but this was one that I won't forget for sure. I used to work at the mall across the street, and my friends came to visit on my lunch break and I thought we should check out the BWW across the way. I mean, an hour and a half lunch break should be sufficient time to get there, eat, pay, and leave. WRONG.
We sat at the bar area and were not even spoken to. I had to wave a menu at one of the waitresses who had the decency to come over and say "Hey I'm actually off right now but I'll find you a server." I thought, Well atleast she's trying to help. She went to the nearest server and said "Is that your table?" she said "No." and continued to lean on the counter and talk to the male bartender, mind you this is at 5PM. There  were 4 other tables occupied in the large bar area.
We waited another 15 minutes until I realized that we weren't ever going to be served. We went straight for the door. A manager in a blue shirt standing in the entry way looked at us with concern. We told him that this was the worst service we had ever received at a BWW and that we would take our business from this point on to the BWW in Buena Park. He stuttered on his words and wasn't even able to apologize.
WORST BUFFALO WILD WINGS EVER.
BWW in Buena Park is only about a 5-10 minute drive down the 91. Go there from now on. They seem to operate differently over there. Better.
I'm a big fan of wings and this place has pretty good wings. Â There are so many sauces and rubs to choose from, you'll be sure to find one you like. Â I wasn't sure about the chipotle BBQ rub so the server brought a sample for me to taste before ordering. Â It turned out to be one of my favorites. Â
We like hanging out here for dinner when there's a UFC fight instead of paying to watch the fight at home. Â I don't have to cook or clean up after dinner! Â Winning!!! Â It gets really crowded so show up early if you plan on watching any big games or fights here.
OK, so I normally dont write YELP reviews but I have to let everyone know how HORRIBLE this place is!!!! the service is soo bad the waitresses didnt even know who's tables were who's. First time my mom and dad brought wings home and couldnt stop saying how sh***y the servce was but my dad is a critic so i decided his opinion was harsh. So my friend Alisa and I went at 11 on a thursday for late night beer before we headed home and we sat there for literally 15 minutes before we were ever GREETED! Ive been a waitress before and thats ridiculous. Then the waitress joked about the long wait by saying " God, we are so confused around here" -_- nooooo ya dont say!!!
The next time we went it was the same problem; 15 minute wait and the waitress kept bringing us sauces when we only asked for one; literally kept just dropping them off and charged us for about 4 -_-
The wings were so freakin salty I wanted to gag; point is BUFFALO WILD WINGS; GET YOUR SERVICE TOGETHER! A MANGER SHOULD NOT BE FOOD RUNNING!
Good place to hang out but the manager named Tom was very rude. Our blue moon had orange slices with paper labels on it. When we tried to tell the manager, he showed an attitude. We got new beers but the manager acted like he did favor to us instead of apologizing. Even the server noticed that and apologized with us later on behalf of manager. Tom not cool
Review Source:Conveniently locate in the plaza where BJs is located. You can see it while your driving down the street.
Close parking is kinda scarce.
Food: Wings are supper yummy. I loved their mild and the terriaky is okay. Skip the sampler, not worth your 12 bucks. Eventhough the nacho part was pretty yummy. Skip the bacon cheddar fries their nothing special.
Service is adequate: Initially they said we couldnt have a booth because they had to clean them a special way? lol... but within 5 minutes we were moved to a booth. We didnt have to wait long for anything. They topped off our drinks in a timely manner. They were friendly. They are pretty laid back in thei service approach. But they did forget my ceery and carrots :/
Ambiance: Sports bar/ restaurant
We took the kids of course and it was pretty okay. We will come back in the future and would recommend to friends.
Uhhhh more like a 2.5. As always to avoid a wait we opted for the bar and given it was Wing Tuesdays... we got wings! But for some reason why does the wings here are different? Not a big difference but not as good as the wings at the LBC location, maaybe less crunch? In addition, their happy hour items (we got the mozzarella sticks and mini corn dogs) were blah... not even worth the happy hour price haha.
The location was kinda blah too, but service was good. Maybe this review is biased because we like the BWW in the LBC much more. Thanks anyways!
This is my 2nd choice when it comes to bww locations. Buena park is hands down number one.
So many negative reviews about service and food quality but I actually love the wings and service is always good to me.
I will admit to the wings always being a bit naked of sauce but just ask for extra on the side and dip them! Problem solved and its free!! Â Enjoy
I came tonight with a group of 11. Â We ordered 100 wings, traditional mild, garlic, wild, Â mango habanero, three baskets of fries, three beers, and a kids' meal. This, with six sodas came out to $138 and change. The wings were tasty enough, and I liked that they give you complimentary celery sticks and carrots. Â My only issue was with the speed of service.
It just took a long time get drinks, to get the order taken, to get the food, etc. Â When the wings did arrive, it wasn't that hot. Â It made me wonder why it took so long to come out. Â Oh, it's also super loud. Â It was very difficult to stay focused on anyone talking because the noise was deafening for me. Â I guess it's trying to be a sports bar, so there are gigantic TV screens all around the walls, high up. Â it was like an adult Chuck E. Cheese.
The best deal though is the kid's meal. Â For $4.99, they give you 4 wings, a side of your choice, and a drink. Â The amount of fries that came in the kid's meal rivaled the baskets I ordered for over four dollars. Â I heard they have a $.55 per wing special on Tuesdays. Â I think I'll come on those days next time.
First off, the food here is great but I've had two incidents that make me hesitate to come to this particular BWW now.
First incident I ordered to go. The girl taking my order seemed confused with the menu and proceeded to call me the wrong name. The thing that really ticked me off was that they gave me my food with missing wings. If i'm paying full price for something, please give me everything i asked for.
Second incident, me and my boyfriend decided to have dinner here. We waited about 10min after walking in, only to be ignored and skipped to get seated. We waited another 15min when finally we just left. Many waiters and waitresses were standing around. Many tables were open, but no one was getting seated.
If you have patience for stupidity, go for it.
I love their $3 happy hour- mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, chili queso dip, certain beers, chips & salsa, etc.
The happy hour appetizers were good, not bad at all. I had the 6 piece wings with lemon pepper seasoning. All wings come with carrot and celery sticks and your choice of dressing. The service was great when we had the male waiter, but the female waiter definitely acted like she did not want to be there.... plus she didn't give us back our change -___- yeah, billing is always a problem with a large group. Anyways, I like the Buena Park location better.
Happy hours great! cheap drinks and food!! perfect late night food place to hit!!!!
but... not during busy days...
Very hard to get good service but food is awesome! And can't say nothing about busy days!!!
3 dollars domestic beer
3 dollars well drinks
3 dollars 5 different types of appetizer (do not eat salsa and chips get mozzarella and onion rings!)
So after seeing enough commercials about watching football games here, I finally decided to do it with my dongseng. We started with the garlic mushrooms and Big Jack Daddy Burger that dongseng and I split since it was an hour before our boys started to play. Then we got 50 wings (LOL) that we didn't finish for munching during the game.
It was pretty awesome, the food is always decently good and plenty to munch on all game long. If you have A.D.D. like I do at times, you might get lost with all the screens/tvs going on with various games, but always good to cheer your lungs out for your favorite team.
My only gripe, our waitress seemed to forget about us a couple of times and we had to flag her down, otherwise than that, the manager that day was awesome enough to put the Steeler/Giants game in front of us on the big projection screen.
Our boys won (Steelers) and watching the Bucs/Raiders game got entertaining. A lot of Raider fans here the day we went, and have to give it to them for cheering on their team, but unfortunately for them, another loss.
Went here last night (9/1/12) for the second or third time.
Our waitress was nice, but she didn't get anybody's order right, except for an order of boneless wings. Actually, I can't blame her, so much as the kitchen.
What we ordered:
1 pulled pork sandwich with mango habenero sauce and onion rings on the side.
1 pulled pork sandwich with hot bbq sauce on the side and their special wedges.
1 ginormus burger that i forget what it was called, with a salad on the side.
1 order 8 piece boneless wings in two different sauces.
Correct:
the buffalo wings
What else we got:
1. pulled pork sandwich with no sauce and onion rings
2. pulled pork sandwich with mango habenero sauce and shoestring fries.
3. above mentioned giant burger with shoestring fries.
whatever..fries instead of wedges && i got my buddies sauce... i was gonna eat it && carry on with my life... but then i see shredded lettuce & tomato on my sandwich. not to be a primadonna, but on the menu the sandwich is listed as topped with coleslaw. THAT"S IT. i like coleslaw. shredded lettuce and tomato, i do not like. && shredded lettuce is not easy to pick off a sandwich...especially consisting of pulled pork. soooo, i decide to send it back. & my friend with the giant sandwich asks about his salad. she leaves his fries and leaves to fix my sandwich.
she comes back with the salad.
10 minutes later... pulled pork sandwich time!! except, its not what i ordered. AGAIN -_-
i get a sandwich with no sauce and no coleslaw. & to top it off the fabulous slice of dill pickle that had been on my first plate has also vanished. LAME!! apparently taking orders is too hard for this waitress, so i just eat my food.
we tip the broad 20% cuz the three guys i'm with think "she's hot".
great.... that's probably why everybody puts up with her shi***y service.
feeling less than awesome the next day wasn't a big indicator that i should run back anytime soon, either.
GO ON TUESDAYS!! 55 cent traditional wings!!! NOMNOMNOM. if you go between 2-7pm its also happy hour so if you sit in the bar area you get discounts on appetizers and drinks.
My first time here i ordered the parmesan garlic and medium, then i had the spicy garlic and jammin jalapeño. ALL of them are amazingly good but you have to get some buffalo chips, wedges, or fries with queso cheese on the side! DELICIOUS. =)
BIRTHDAY MONTH = BIRTHDAY COUPONS = HAPPY RODNEY
"Whoa, we're half way there. Â Whoa-Oh, living on a prayer. Â Take my hand, we'll make it I swear. Â Whoa-Oh, living on a prayer. Â Living on a prayer." - "Living on a prayer", Bon Jovi
This song has no relation to the review, other than I was rocking out to it on the way here.
Free slice of chocolate fudge cake & a scoop of vanilla ice cream w/ chocolate or caramel topping.
Stopped by BWW to redeem my bday coupon to go. Â The place was very spacious, with lots of seating & many flat-screen TV's. Â Futbol europa was on the main screens, and two screens had video poker on them. Â The greeters & waitresses wore BWW jerseys, complete with their names sharpied on the back. Â Didn't really dig that look. Â
Coming in, I thought I had the choice of either a scoop of ice cream or a slice of chocolate fudge cake. Â Wait, I get both? Â Holy good gravy! Â 4 stars to you. Â I did ask for caramel topping on my scoop of ice cream, but it had chocolate. Â No biggie, though. Â However, they may want to review the accuracy of orders in case of persnickety customers. Â
The ice cream was great. Â Really, does ice cream ever suck? Â It's hard to mess up. Â I had a bite of the chocolate fudge cake. Â It was good, too. Â
Buffalo Wild Wings, thanks for the birthday treats. Â I hope to come here during Happy Hour to sample your vaunted wings & other dishes. Â It's so conveniently close, that I may have to resist the urge to come here for late night munchies.
Recommend!

My cousin and I were in a rush, and we only had 40 minutes to eat before we had to go. We were craving wings and decided to go to BWW since it's right across from the Cerritos Mall. Luckily, this BWW is really big, and we went around 2:15 so there was no wait.
I think all BWW wings taste the same, anywhere you go and usually the service is ehhhh due to how busy it normally is, however, when we went, our water was refilled without us asking, extra napkins were given and the manager even came by to drop off our food and asked us how everything was.
The mozzarella sticks were hot and crunchy, and I enjoyed the marinara sauce that came with it so I'll be ordering that again next time I come.
About 6 friends and I decide we should check out the Buffalo Wild Wings happy hour since we've never been there before. We walk in and see the bar area where about 90% of the people are. We try to find a table that can seat more than 4 and find that all of the larger tables had left over trash from previous customers. Literally 5 or more of the bigger tables were just a mess.
We ask if we can get one of the larger round tables cleared for us and the waiter said, "Uhmmmm okay give me about 5 minutes" which obviously meant we weren't going to get the table cleaned anytime soon. We look at the sea of trash and find the cleanest dirty table and put the baskets, napkins, and glasses on a neighboring table. We use napkins and left over hand wipes just to make the table not sticky. With the combination of hand wipes and what was left on the table, it definitely left a dirty rag smell.
Anyway, we sit down and look at the happy hour menu and find that there are only about 5 appetizers on their happy hour menu. 5 appetizers?! All of us have been to the Brea BWW and found 10 plus appetizers that were on the menu so 5 was very limited. A few of us order boneless wings since that was the Thursday special of the day and the rest of us order a few appetizers and drinks.
We get our food and soon realize we need more napkins and utensils but we can't find our server. We end up walking to the bar to get napkins and a few forks. Our server never checked on our party to see if we needed anything such as utensils, more drinks, or more food so the next time we spoke with her was when we asked for our check about an hour later.
Eating at this BWW was definitely a bad experience. Maybe it was because it was during a busy happy hour or maybe because there were not enough waiters but the Brea BWW is 100 times better than the Cerritos BWW. For shame Cerritos, I definitely expected better than this!
The only reason why I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because of the amount of televisions broadcasting numerous sport games and because of the $3 Jack and Coke.
Contrary to the low reviews of Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) in Cerritos, I thought this BWW wasn't too bad.
Food? Well...wings mainly, and then you have your burgers, flatbread pizzas, salads, appetizers. You can't really go wrong with the wings or anything else, pretty much bar food. There are also discounts on wings on Tuesdays (maybe other days also), and the wings are $.55 each and sauces and veggies are like $.60. Good deal! They sell the wings at 5 pieces an order when they're $.55. They also have two happy hours (like BJ's Pizza) from 5-7pm and 10pm-closing.
Service? The place was packed so we sat at the bar (first come, first serve at the bar). Tons of TVs, tons of seats. Service wasn't bad at all. The gal who waited on us was able to split the bills without a problem. The manager even came around and checked on us.
Good times, will be back after our softball games for some wings n drinks!
Stay far away.
I've had bad experiences at BWW before but this one has been by far the worst.
They took forever to serve us our drinks, brought out food for two people in our party of 8, and finally brought out the rest of our order when our friends had already finished their food. We asked for more water and of course, the waiter forgets to refill us up.
Overall it was a very frustrating experience and I would definitely go out of my way to avoid this location.
This place is the dumps. I've always wondered what the BWW experience was like and knowing what I do now, my money is spent better ANYWHERE else. I strolled into BWW shrugging off this place's 2.5 star average thinking "Eh, it's Yelp. People overly hype or damn places all the time. This place is famous for wings. What's the worse that could happen?"
Before I could even order my meal, I was attended to by three different waiters for drinks alone. I should've taken this as a warning sign, but instead continued to order the garlic mushrooms and black bean burger. The mushrooms were admittedly quite good: crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful on the inside. Things were starting to look up, until I got to my black bean burger. Â All the big-screen, virtual poker game, and trivia question board gimmicks must have gotten to me as I plowed through 2/3s of my burger before realizing how dry and overcooked my burger was. Considering how much I had already eaten; however, I just couldn't get myself to send it back without feeling like a jerk.
I took in my last, barely palatable bite and requested my check. It was then I realized that not once had I received any refills on my drink. Once the check came, I found that I was charged for two of the mushroom starters instead of one, which I seemed to have disappeared for another half an hour before I got the price fixed.
I can't think of a poorer run restaurant than this. For the sake of Yelp credibility and frustration prevention for all future customers, please avoid this place like a plague.
I came here for "boneless Thursdays" and have come to the conclusion that I like the boneless 65 cent chicken more than the actual wings. Specifically, the spicy garlic, parmesan garlic, and Jamaican Jerk something were all good. I also ordered $3 roasted garlic mushrooms, which were yummy. (DISCLAIMER: the mushrooms are NOT roasted, contrary to the misleading menu. They are deep-fried. So much for trying to order something on the "healthy" side.) Their happy hour has good deals, like $3 appetizers. However, they said that draft beers were also $3, but mine came out to $4 and my friend's $5 on the bill. I mean, $2 isn't a major difference, but I guess you have to ask which beers SPECIFICALLY are $3... again, misleading.
Service is very friendly. One waitress, Danica, is particularly nice and even recognized my friend and I when we returned. Andii and Tya were also really nice and came back to check on us multiple times. I'm finding that between 3-6 is  the best time to come because of happy hour and a not-so-crowded atmosphere.
