Went in for a benefit dinner about 730p. About 10-15 EMPTY tables and were told it would be 15-20 minutes wait time. The empty tables were clean already so why the wait? ? Also ordered drinks and waitress brought our adult drinks but forgot our daughter until we had to ask her for it and she couldn't even remember what she ordered. Plus I had told her a reg glass not a child's and she still brought a child's cup. I wouldn't have thought any thing of it but she offered the bigger glass when I ordered it. There was hardly any sauce on the wings and they didn't bring extra napkins or the empty trays to put the bones in. I will not be returning to this bww. I will drive extra for better service and quality.
Review Source:I'm usually not clumbsy, however I accidently left my prescription eye glasses here, called as soon as i got back to my house (20 miles away) that very night and was informed by the closing manager (kate or Katie i believe) that she had found them !!! and would hang onto them until i returned to town to pick them up. Perfect right!! All seemed okay really.......When i returned to the area the next day, no one knew anything about my glasses and even worse i had wasted a drive into dekalb from the suburbs to pick up said "Hung on" glasses.  I have now been without these for over 3 months. I called almost every other day for the first month, leaving a message with a promise this said manager would return my calls each time. The management cannot seem to get  there stories straight. And never have i ever been called back after all the messages i left with the employees and multiple managers.  She should of just told me she didnt find them and  i would have just accepted that i dropped them in a parking lot somewhere. Instead they never followed thru, broke there promises to return my calls and lost another loyal customer...what a joke.
Review Source:The boneless wings that I sampled tasted great. Â I sampled the hot, mild, Parmesan garlic, Caribbean jerk, honey BBQ sauces. Â I enjoyed them all, but my favorite probably was the Honey BBQ. Â I'm not a big fan of hot food, but surprisingly, the hot was manageable. Â
Also, one of the employees came over to my group to ask us if we needed anything while we were waiting. Â She mentioned that we could sample some of the sauces and taste some of the beer. Â Also, the cashier offered us free drinks from the vending machine while we waited, which was nice. Â Perhaps if we go back, we will take advantage of some of their offerings.
No real downside to this experience and would come back again if in the area.
