Went in for a benefit dinner about 730p. About 10-15 EMPTY tables and were told it would be 15-20 minutes wait time. The empty tables were clean already so why the wait? ? Also ordered drinks and waitress brought our adult drinks but forgot our daughter until we had to ask her for it and she couldn't even remember what she ordered. Plus I had told her a reg glass not a child's and she still brought a child's cup. I wouldn't have thought any thing of it but she offered the bigger glass when I ordered it. There was hardly any sauce on the wings and they didn't bring extra napkins or the empty trays to put the bones in. I will not be returning to this bww. I will drive extra for better service and quality.

I'm usually not clumbsy, however I accidently left my prescription eye glasses here, called as soon as i got back to my house (20 miles away) that very night and was informed by the closing manager (kate or Katie i believe) that she had found them !!! and would hang onto them until i returned to town to pick them up. Perfect right!! All seemed okay really.......When i returned to the area the next day, no one knew anything about my glasses and even worse i had wasted a drive into dekalb from the suburbs to pick up said "Hung on" glasses.  I have now been without these for over 3 months. I called almost every other day for the first month, leaving a message with a promise this said manager would return my calls each time. The management cannot seem to get  there stories straight. And never have i ever been called back after all the messages i left with the employees and multiple managers.  She should of just told me she didnt find them and  i would have just accepted that i dropped them in a parking lot somewhere. Instead they never followed thru, broke there promises to return my calls and lost another loyal customer...what a joke.

The boneless wings that I sampled tasted great.  I sampled the hot, mild, Parmesan garlic, Caribbean jerk, honey BBQ sauces.  I enjoyed them all, but my favorite probably was the Honey BBQ.  I'm not a big fan of hot food, but surprisingly, the hot was manageable.

Also, one of the employees came over to my group to ask us if we needed anything while we were waiting.  She mentioned that we could sample some of the sauces and taste some of the beer.  Also, the cashier offered us free drinks from the vending machine while we waited, which was nice.  Perhaps if we go back, we will take advantage of some of their offerings.

No real downside to this experience and would come back again if in the area.

I go to bww all the time in sw burbs of chicago...this place...awful!  Service is decent but no food specials and the food was not good.  I can just tell that they do the bare minimum and rely on the BBW name to get by here.

I have been here often and only had one bad experience because of the wait time. Food has always been good. I would suggest that if you are a not a beer drinker to avoid the expensive drinks. The bartender will literally measures every shot in a drink. I def never order a drink even if we go to watch a game and majority of people at my table order a beer, I stick to my water or pop.

Unlike all of the other reviews I actually like Buffalo Wild Wings.

I do think it's over priced - but they do have $1.85 pints of Miller High Life and I am a fan of the wings. I've tried about all of the flavors and tend to switch it up. The Buffalo Chips are a little disappointing, so I'd advise against them. I just wish they were cheesier.

I've never had terrible service, but I've also never had great service.

UFC fights get annoying because you have to get there a few hours early just to get a table and your bar tab will be more than renting the fight at home and getting a sixer.

It's not my favorite place, but when I get the craving I have no problem going here.

I have to have a really bad craving for wings to enjoy this place.  The mango habanero is what I usually order and mediocre at best.  I would rather go to Hooter.

Probably one of the worst buffalo wild wings locations in terms of service.  Very busy 5-6 days a week.  The high rate of business adds to the excitement and fun for sporting events and games that you come to expect with this chain of restaurants.  Should check out a UFC fight here at least once.  Food comes hot and they may charge separately for most items, but it comes out to par with most sit down restaurants at about 8-12 bucks/person including drinks.  Best bet is to sit in the bar area.  Very very very environmentally unfriendly.

I like the restaurant. Its very fun and the food is good. However, the service at this location is not very good. I keep in mind that it is a college town but I think they could do better. Ive had to wait a really long time and then I wind up getting cold food. They do accept husky bucks so conceivably you can use those for beer.

The location in Dekalb has fine food, TERRIBLE service & management.

The waitress completely got our order wrong.  Didn't care enough to apologize or try to make it right when we complained.  She had a manager come over who could care less that we weren't satisfied, and did nothing to try to make right by their mistakes.

I will NEVER be back to this location again.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I hate Buffalo Wild Wings.

The food is tasty and the trivia is super awesome. They have great mid-week specials on food and drink.

But if we counter that with the fact that you pay extra for everything (fries? extra. bleu cheese? extra.), the place is too noisy for conversation, and everything is served in environmentally un-friendly disposable containers, I just don't go there any more.

Being a fan of BWW, and going to school at NIU.. I figured I would be here alot.  Well, not this BWW.  I dont know if its just because its a corporate store, or if they are just poor cooks at this restaurants (sorry cooks)  Compared to the BWW in Algonquin, this place gives you about 30% less food when you order something like a wrap, or salad.  In Algonquin, you get a large amount of food.  DeKalb, you leave hungry unless you buy more.  I prefer to go closer to the school, and get cheaper beer and food.
