Buffalo Wild Wings

I love bww! I often go to the one at home (california) so i wanted to drop in the one here in el paso for my fix and could not have been more disappointed. Ordered fries and wings and all of it was dry, hard, and cold. I changed an order last minute and the waitress gave me the worst attitude. All of the staff was standing around in groups snapping pictures of themselves like they werent on the clock. when i got back to the house i decided to call and complain and all the manager did was insist on free wings not even an apology for inconvenience or for the bad food. Pretty much just a "shut up and have some free wings". Terrible all around.

Always too loud, and every visit we have had a problem with the food (room temp, no sauce)

It's a chain, so you pretty much can assume what you'll get. However, music was WAY too loud, onion rings over cooked and steak wrap devoid of steak.
