I've heard so many great things about your Video/Sound system/ What a disappointment! The projectors are out of alignment and not sized properly to the screens. Could barely hear the sound from those great speakers. A LOT of money was spent on AV equipment when it was first installed but now it seems like no budget is allocated to upkeep.
The wings were OK, slathered in a ton of sauce. Staff was friendly.
I'm not generally a fan of chain restaurants, but this BWW feels pretty local for a chain. The service has always been wonderful. Normally we sit in the bar area and have had great luck. The managers, bartenders, and servers have been nothing but great. The food is on par with other BWW so nothing out of the ordinary there.
They have an outdoor patio with seating and like other BWW, they have a ton of TVs and are always willing to change the channel. The trivia is always fun and I love their happy hour - good beer selection!
Though a chain restaurant, I've found this BWW to be my favorite from of the other BWW's in the area. Their staff is normally on the ball and attentive to your table, even during their large game day crowds. Their food is pretty consistent with other BWW around as well, but I've never had trouble with my orders here and happen to love their wings (Mango Habenero is my personal favorite). Â
Though I normally eat in the bar, the one exception is if Kyle is working the dining room. If you have the chance to sit in his section, you will not be disappointed.
Ive been to a buffalo wild wings once (Lewisville) and was very disappointed. I'm gad I didn't let that stop me from trying the one in highland village.. Â The food was wonderful as well as the service and all the great TV's. Â The 22 oz beer was overpriced but at least they had something better than bud, miller, shiner etc..
Review Source:Mismanaged! It is no wonder that on a Saturday night there were only about 7 tables full.  This was my 3rd visit to this restaurant.  1st was one of the opening weeks and the place was packed and the staff was clearly weeded.  It took forever to get served and the food came out wrong.  Overall, the food is what you expect , but not up to par.   My second visit was when my wife was nice enough to watch one of our sons at soccer camp and let me have a few quiet minutes with a beer.  Most of the time was spent at the bar waiting for someone to acknowledge me.  It was not crowded at all.  Basically, the staff wanted to talk and play with each other.  Serving seems to be the secondary purpose of being at work. I finally was served and put in a to go order for my son.  It took forever. Even the bartender commented on how long it was taking.  After some prodding, they finally went back and checked and shortly after my food arrived.  My third and what will be my final visit for a very long time was today.  The restaurant was fairly empty. Walked in and there was no one at the hostess stand and it took a few minutes for someone to appear and seat us. Initial service was fine.  However, we were then left on our own for  nearly 15 minutes, me with an empty glass in front of me.  There were two workers at the little counter, still no one at the hostess stand.  They just stayed there talking.  At one point they moved a few chairs.  Meanwhile, there was an dirty  table next to us to look at during our entire meal. My order was simple, 18 wings (six were free from the recent card I purchased from the local high school football team--nice of Buffalo Wild Wings to support the local high school with a very nice freebie on the card--hats off to you to for that) and blue cheese/celery.  The wings came out but were not physically hot enough to get the sauce out of it's congealed form.  I guess they were fried earlier and the sauce added.  We never saw the celery and blue cheese. Fries were really good.  My son loved the child's slider.  My other son ordered 12 wings, sauce on the side, but got six with sauce on and six with sauce on the side.  Who knows what happened there but at least the server realized this and offered to bring out new wings (how long would that have taken?!).   I really feel for the investors in this restaurant.  It has to be under performing.  It would be easy to blame it on the economy, but they need to look internally first.  I will not visit again until I'm assured from others things have changed.  .
Review Source:Buffalo wings are my favorite food so I am quite partial, but I really love Buffalo Wild Wings. It is a casual environment that is great for large groups or small parties. You can play games (trivia or cards) with the entire restaurant (and other facilities that use the same gaming technology), via free electronic controllers that you request from the waiter. There are always various sports on and they almost always pay for the latest UFC fights! The food is typical American: wings, fries, fried pickles, salads etc. but they have an expansive beer collection and full bar as well! It's really cheap and they have speacials 2 days a week: boneless wing day and bone in wing day where you buy wings individually for a reduced price (my local restaurant usually charges $0.60 each)! They have outdoor seating as well with TVs on the patio! Overall one of my favorite places to go for a quick meal or to hang out with friends!
