BWW....like anyone reads a review for this place...but I digress....

Before I start....how in the world can anyone eat their boneless "wings"?  Fried nuggets of breading with a piece of chicken buried in it like the toy in a King Cake!!!  YUK!

Last visit was a big disappointment.  Kids queso came out like it had been microwaved about 10 seconds and served.  Still congealed and cool on the inside...yuck...but the biggest PLEASE came when I was served 6 wings....all the wing portion, NO DRUMMIES!!!!  OK, I guess I have to pay extra for those, right?

I guess places with lots of TVs and sports are exempt from serving quality food...as long as the beer is cold.  However, BWW would never be a destination of choice for me....OK, maybe if the Rangers are in the playoffs.....

Bad service. Not enough sauce on wings. Ever. They are usually dry husks of chicken with dabs of sauce. Always ask for sauce on the side so you can dip the wings in. Go to WingStop down the street.

I like the large variety of flavors and fries, but all the food is fried in the same oil and the taste comes through. Not a bad place to take your family or catch a game, but not a good place to eat at all the time.

The only time to come by is Tuesdays for $.50 bone-in wings and Thursday for $.60 boneless wings. You have to pay for your ranch and bleu cheese ($.60)

Love the hot wings, hate having to smell the smoke from the bar.

It was ok...  It's fast food in a bar and grill setting, right?  It's edible but certainly nothing to go crazy for.  I had a burger and immediately knew it had sat for a while before it was served. I still ate the entire thing, but it's little things like that I notice from time to time. If I lived closer, I'd go back. I wouldn't make a special trip though.

I eat here every week, I would always get the mango habenero traditional wings. This place was decent, I've been here ever since two years or so now, the only thing I didn't like this place was the horrible service. I would get a good service like once in a blue moon. Then recently, they barely put any sauce on my wings!! Its been the third time for me already... I even had to ask if they could put extra sauce on it for me, but nope! I don't think I'll be going to this location anymore, even though its only five minutes away from my house. Such a disappointment.

The BWW in Grapevine has much better service.

The only reason I continue to go to this BWW is because it's closer to my house.  EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a take out order it is incorrect in some way or another.  I have to sit there and double check everything.  This last week I ordered 50 wings....20, 10, 10, 10.....it actually looked to be correct due to the boxes. Alas, I discovered that they gave me 12, 13, 13, 12....um ok.

I've ordered bottles of sauce, paid for them, but never in the bag. I've asked for the wings "wet" and they come out dry...

Too many teenagers who are more concerned if their booty hangs out for a bigger tip and if their hair and lipgloss are in place.  Too many non-refilled drinks and crappy flat beers.  Hence the reason for takeout when we need wings.

Like I said, the Grapevine location is SO MUCH BETTER.

So I've been coming to BW3's since junior year in high school which would be before the millinium. That makes me sound old.

First of only get the wings here. Both the boneless and traditional are very good and not overly greasy. I like the ability to choose a few different sauces. I always get the honey bbq and usually the Asian teriyaki. The legs were awesome when they served them but those are long gone. 50 cent leg Wednesday was awesome.

Most locations try to be involved in their local community. The location I used to frequent in ky had cornhole tournaments every Wednesday with a winning money prize.

Plenty of tvs to watch any sporting event and they usually have the volume on and the crowd typically gets involved if its a big game. But make sure to show up early for any big game or UFC fight.

My only complaint is how addament they are about being a sit down restaurant. You used to be able to walk in and order your food, take a buzzer thing, and grab a seat. I get tired of waiting staff always checking up on me. But I guess that's the way bw3's wants it to be.

I've tried most local wing places, wing stop, pluckers, etc... and none are as good as the b-dubs.

So if I was reviewing bw3's I general I would give 4 stars. But this location just gets a 3. The staff was pretty inattentive and I seemed to bothering them when I wanted to place my order.

Let me preface by saying that I'm a HUGE fan of BW3, or "Bdubs." As I've alluded to before, they have a great concept, and it's been, and will continue to ooze success. Unfortunately, since I've moved to Texas, I haven't found a BW3 worth a damn. This particular location is a filthy dump! The bathrooms: always dirty, and never stocked with paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. This, in my opinion, is the fault of the Manager(s). Listen, I've owned a restaurant and bar, and things like this, will drive customers away, permanently.

As far as the food- they've screwed up my order countless times here. Once again, this, in my view, falls on Management, as they obviously do not have control over their kitchen. The quality of the food. Once again, generally cold.

Smoking. Come on Tarrant County, this is 2012; get your backwards heads / minds out of your ass, and either:

    1) Enclose the bar
    2) Ban smoking all together.

*Trust me, IF you do this, it will actually be a fiscal benefit to your establishment.

    Yesterday (Super Bowl Sunday) was the last straw. Wifey calls in my order. I come in to pick up the order. Dumb girl {perplexed look} says, "We dawnt haves this awder; you musuv called a differen Buffalowildwins." No, sweetie, I think you, and Einstein over there just didn't place the order in that difficult contraption of a computer that sits in front of you. {dumb look}. She looks at Einstein. {no emotion}

After another 30 minutes, out comes my cold to go order. No apologies from the two dumb worker bees, nor the Manager.

    Customer service at its best!

The wings and beer...ok. I made the mistake of getting ribs. Take my word for it the ribs from Valero are better, or even the McRib from McDonalds. They need to just stick with wings, as should I when eating at a wing place. I take full responsibility for this gross error. My bad. The dry season wings, were impressive. Large selection of draft beers and plenty of flat screens to get your game on.

Always seem to be slow service, and just OK food.  Somehow I keep going???

Sorry, don't care what you say... it's not a wing if it doesn't have a bone in it.

Boneless = chicken nugget or tender.

Anyway, now that we've cleared that up...

Definitely been here more than any other Buffalo Wild Wings location and it's always a good time and good food. Love the trivia thing they do and the wing specials are pretty good.

Service is slightly inconsistent though, and their normal prices are a tad high.

Stayed away from that dry rub crap and our wing experience was much better. Turns out Tuesday is 45-cent wing night, which is a pretty good deal. You'll pay 60-cents (each) for a side of blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing or celery (with carrots), but the nice thing about the per-price deal is that you can easily mix and match flavors... So if you've been wanting to try multiple flavors, Tuesday night is the night to do it.

Smoking is apparently allowed at the bar, which is not separated from the dining area, so if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, you might not like the dining experience here. While the smoke was noticeable, it was not what I would consider excessive (but we sat almost by the front door).

Crazy busy. Fun place to catch a game and drink. Bad place to expect a good meal.

This is by far one of the best places to catch an NFL game on Sunday or a good college game on Saturday nights if you're not looking to venture into the "city". The food is absolutely dropped in a deep fryer (except for the salads), but you can't beat the "Cheers"-like atmosphere.

Ok, ok, if you're a non smoker than you'll hate the atmosphere.

Also, make sure you bring a DD with you if you plan on drinking. Keller cops patrol that place like Fort Knox. This is how you KNOW this is the place to be.

Buffalo Wild did something good...they took what Hooter's mastered (great wings) and made it kid friendly, but yet still a fun place to go without the kids.  We have been here a lot both with and without kids, never been disappointed.

    Great menu
    Great kid menu
    Good bar (awe yeah....)
    Good prices
    Great service

'Nuff said!  Oh and this time we tried out the games that you can take to your table to keep my rugrats occupied.  Loved it.  Was inexpensive to play and had a lot of easy games, even for a 4 yr old.

This location gets a middle of the road rating.  They really get 5-stars for food and 1-star for service.  that's the reason.  the food is great - boneless mild wings, slammers, hot wedge fries, etc - always delicious!!! but their service - OMG! beyond horrible - beyond slow. won't dine in there again - will order take-out however.  and smoky - UGH - you need hair washed and a bath when you leave.  get it to go or go somewhere else.
