These guys could not cook ribs to save their lives. Seriously, this is my son's favorite places to eat. There are a lot of TV's and some games that you can play with a remote pad. I have been there twice and I had a taste for ribs. The first set of ribs they sent me were severely over cooked, tough and dry. I sent them back and pretty much got the same thing back. The girl offered to get me something else so I ordered a burger medium well, It came to the table so over cooked that it was charred black on the outside and dry on the inside.. never never again.

Came w/ husband today and they had large kids baseball team already here. We were promptly seated. Unfortunately there was a mixup in kitchen and our order sat waiting for one piece and got cold. We waited 30 min and got up and asked to pay for soda and go. BUT here is redeeming part: manager was there in an instant and refused money for drink and asked us to allow him to make it up to us. They brought out hot food within minutes and the manager said our entire meal was on the house. This is only time this has ever happened to us here and we are leaving full, happy and didn't have to pay. We will give them another chance!

I have been going to various Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants for 12+ years, always on Mondays for $0.99 and eventually $1.99 kids meals. Every BWW I've visited has had this special on Monday nights. When I went to this location tonight (a Monday), I ordered the kids meals, thinking it would still be $1.99. When I received the check and noticed that they were charged at the standard price, I asked the waitress. She was a bit confused so she got the manager who then proceeded to berate us and speak very condescendingly at us. I have been to more than 10 BWW locations, and on a Monday night to every one. I explained this to him in a polite manner (I have also been in the service industry, specifically food service for a number of years, and I know how to be a good customer) and he merely said that "his store has never done that and that there are no signs stating that they do." I have even received the special at this store. His response to hearing that was "Well I'd like to know who did that so I can fire them." The proper thing to do would have been to do the special price once, and never again, but instead, he treated us like we have no idea what we're talking about and treated us like idiots. It takes a lot for us not to go back to a restaurant, especially a chain that I have been so loyal to for so many years (every week for 12 years), but we will not be returning to this location. This is not the first negative experience we've had here. Most have been resolved to our satisfaction, but tonight was the final straw. On top of the confusion, our waitress spent 90% of our time there sitting at and chatting with the table next to ours, and the manager proceeded to do the same (and talking about us to that table) after being so unprofessional with us. He did not so much as apologize or even tell us to have a good rest of our night.

Most days I would give them 3 stars, given the inconsistency of their wing temperatures. Tonight though I was home with a cough and fever, kids been throwing up since night before and wife wanted wings and called in an order as well as a hamburger for me.
When we got home hamburger lacked avocado and an order of fries that was called in. I called in they said no problem they would fix it. When I arrived they said  they have avocado on the menu but per the manager they have never had them. I made them make burger again and the order of fries we didn't recieve. I am very frustrated about having to come back for their mistakes and the lack of knowledge of the staff on what they actually carry.  The manager apologized but took no steps to compensate for 2 trips and order issues.

    Slow Service, Unprofessional Wait Staff....

I visited on a Monday afternoon along with seven business associates. They were pretty empty as you might expect for the timing of the visit. , perhaps a few tables at max. The wait staff quickly set up a table for the eight of us, and showed us to our seats. They presented us with a one-page lunch menu that featured eight different options, all in the $7-$9 range. The waitress quickly took our drink order...and returned in a reasonable time frame with the drinks.

It really started going down hill at this point. We placed our orders - all of them from the special "lunch menu." One would assume that ordering off such a menu might allow for more prompt service. However, one would be terribly mistaken. Everyone in my party ordered wings - both boneless and traditional in a variety of flavors. It took exactly 28-minutes for our food to be delivered.

Considering that Buffalo Wild Wings pre-cooks their chicken...this is most unacceptable. When someone places an order, all they really need to do is apply whatever flavor sauce the customer has requested....spend 5 minutes to deep-fry some french fries, and there you have it! There is simply no excuse for this to take 28-minutes on a Monday afternoon in a mostly empty restaurant.

When the food finally arrived, there was complete confusion on the part of the waiter about who ordered what. This whole fiasco took an additional 3-4 minutes to sort out.

Considering that waiters work for tips, and this was a group of eight business people (who were also dressed the part), it is just absolutely mind blowing the slow, unprofessional service that we received. To highlight our frustration, we asked for eight individual checks (to avoid the automatic gratuity added for parties of six or more). I tipped my normal 20%...but others left zero. I am starting to re-think my automatic 20% tip rule....from now on it has to be earned.

The wings are decent (although there are better wing places in town) and the prices are fare...but the slow service and unprofessional wait staff really kill the score.

As local coaches we were approached by the management that they wanted us to come to the restaurant after Friday night games to watch football highlights. Well game one is in the books and when we got there we were told by a manager that it is company policy to only play sports and they could not play the news even though it was for sports highlights...
Something doesn't add up but Applebees got our business.

It you have been to one Buffalo Wild Wings then you have been to all Buffalo Wild Wings.  The setup is pretty much the same at all locations and it is a great spot to watch sports.  I have visited this location multiple times and the food and service has always been on point.  I love the Southwest Bites and always order the Mango Habanero Wings.

The service was pretty bad. We had an extremely ditzy waiter. I asked for ketchup so many times and I finally got some of the packets which wasn't enough. The tables with different waiters around us had a ketchup bottle. She didn't bring out the celery that goes with the hot wings. Apparently we're also supposed to get carrots too that we never got. We had to ask about three times for the celery. We also didn't get the cole slaw that came with my dads meal. We asked for napkins and then ten minutes later she came back without the napkins and we had to remind her again. We had to ask for a box several times. The food was ok, but not good enough for the price. We will not be returning. Very disappointed and our server needs to be trained better.

After a day of meeting our work group came here for dining and relaxing.  The place has plenty of hi def TV sets set to a variety of sports.
A group of 14 may be a bit of a challenge to a wait staff, but I thought they pulled it off very well.  We ordered several appetizer plates for the table, with all sorts of wings, cheesesticks, pretzels, pita breads, fried pickles and more.
I had the buffalo chicken sandwich (my Hooters staple).  Chicken had plenty of hot spice to it as I requested, but was a less meaty sandwich as compared to Hooters.  Still it had a nice flavor and was a filling portion.
Staff did well with the size of our group and was very polite and quick when asked for particular requests.  It seemed though that they waited for us to initiate any interaction.  While I am sure they didn't want to appear to be a part of our group, it would have been nice to see them have a bit more fun in serving our fun and crazy group.

A weck is short for Kimmelweck, a kind of Kaiser roll with special spice seasoning of the same name. These breads were somewhat of a local specialty in Buffalo, NY in early 1900s. "Why do I want to know what is a weck?" Well, you should see soon.

I have been a long time fan of BWW ever since before the beginning of my Freshman year in college. So long ago, I still remembered they used to call BW3 (Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck.), then slowly became B-Dub, then today's BWW. That was quite a history lesson wasn't it?

I used to lived for the Tuesday 45 cents wings nights, Thursday 60 cents boneless wings night. So many friendly hangouts and so many ball game nights were scheduled around those dates, because BWW was such a ultimate sports bar, for its ten to twelve televisions all around the establishment, for its special pricing nights with beers on tap, for its trivia games on tv, for its friendly staffs, and for its "Blazin' challenge." I am proud to say, I have one or two pictures up on the wall of fame at BWW around the country (which was an exaggeration, it was really more like around the state.)

"Buffalo Gals, won't you come out tonight And dance by the light of the moon."

Glad to see that BWW is finally expanding around Raleigh.  Chapel Hill closed awhile ago, Garner is too far and has the worst service.  Durham opens soon, followed by a Cary location.  Good thing we have this Knightdale location to go.

We always have good service and the food is decent.  We had Katie as a server (she was new) and did a much better job than anyone we've had in the past.  I always order the grilled chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese and spicy garlic sauce - it is the best!

As with other reviewers - their beer selection and specials are lacking.  Who cares if Bud/Bud Light are on special - that is cheap beer and their prices are higher than everywhere else.

Their prices do seem to be getting higher and higher.  I used to get wings here, but they are just too small now-a-days.  Buffalo Wings & Rings are better, probably East Coast Wings, too.

The Spicy Garlic sauce is what keeps me coming back to Buffalo Wild Wings.

While I love the food at BWW, I'd rather get take out and take it home. Their beer selection is lacking. The service, though very friendly, they aren't really on the ball. They always seem to be out of a beer that we want. There are lots of TVs, so if you want to just hang out, get some good food and don't care too much about the beer selection, you'll probably have a great time!

I'm a regular here. Although their service can be slow at times, I'm still a fan, because I'm always treated as though I'm important. If you are going as a social group, you are usually spending time with your friends and not too concern about how long your food took to get to you.

A buddy of mine and I caught lunch here on our day off. It was a great lunch experience and the bartender we had did an awesome job keeping our drinks full, making conversation, and just being an all around awesome bartender. Forgive me for not remembering his name.

I got the bonless wings and they weren't so great. My Blue Cheese dressing also tasted just slightly odd. Granted, I still ate it all, but I think the wings might have been slightly undercooked. The sauce was great though. I had the Jamaican Jerk sauce and it was really good. My buddy and I will still make this a regular lunch spot and I equate the food this particular day to just being a fluke. I've had it better other times I have been here.

I really didn't like this place.

I came here with a buddy for some late night snacking. The restaurant smelled like someone sprayed alcohol all over the walls and floor.

Seating was quick because we went so late.

They had extremely loud music playing, it was like going into a club with bad music. Our server was alright, but she couldn't even hear our orders, I didn't like the fact I had to scream my order, so she could understand it.

All I had were some cheese fries and a cup of water, while my friend ordered a burger, fries, and a chocolate cake for desert. He was satisfied with his food, but I really wasn't, the cheese was dry and the fries were pretty bland and too crusty for me.

I was happy we didn't stay there for too long. My head was in the process of exploding.

    Wont be dining there again.

They have a great selection of sauces from mild, Asian zing, carribbean jerk, honey BBQ just to name a few. If you like it spicy, they have it here for you. This location is rarely crowded in the day/evening hours. The Garner location is always lively.
The wings are pretty pricey, so I deducted  2 stars. :(

The wings here are okay and I like going back for their wings but their service is horrible. I usually do take out and that isn't much better. I don't think they have ever gotten our order right and I don't really ever ask for anything difficult. When Ive asked for potato wedges they gave me cajun flavored which I clearly didn't ask for and the only reason why I noticed was because you could smell the flavor so luckily I noticed before I got home. There have been multiple times where I'll get home and be eating my wings and realize that I got 13 instead of 18 or 20 instead of 24. Its a little frustrating ordering an amount and not getting what I ordered and paid for. There have also been times where we've called to place an order and no one answered so we ended up not even going there.

Over all...good wings, horrible service, and if you do take out make sure you check your food

Restaurant is clean, food is okay, but spiciness of the wings is erratic at best.  My son ordered his wings the same way he'd had them a few weeks ago (and enjoyed them) and found them far too spicy.  We asked whether we could have them made milder or if we'd have to pay, and the (very polite) waitress retrieved the manager, who was then sarcastic and rude.  Very seldom been more offended by the customer service anywhere.  I'd give it a pass.
