A ok, for lunch. Â Not always the quickest. Â Lots of TV's of various sizes. Â Sometimes they will leave you hanging at the hostess station for a few minutes with the place is 2/3 empty. Â Wings are decent. Â Tuesday and Thursdays are the best for lunch depending on your preference on Boneless/Traditional Wings. Â Good variety of wing flavors so you should be able to find a few that are at least decent if not good.

This is one of the Buffalo Wild Wings sites that DOES allow you to make to-go orders online  for pickup online.  This is convenient, you can set your pickup time.  I scheduled some wings to be picked up, and timed it so I could go do some errands in Summit Fair first. Convenient! Â
.
But, no. Â When I went to pick up my order, they had NO record that the order had been placed, and it certainly hadn't been filled. Â The girl working the counter was nominally apologetic, but her attitude was pretty "whatever." Â She informed me that if I use the online ordering, I should "ALWAYS follow up with a call to double check," because "The online ordering system doesn't really communicate well with our computers, here."
Oh. Â Well, see, the point of ordering online is, I don't know, doing it online. Â As in, not having to call the order in. Â Here's an idea...if you either can't work out a system to check your online orders, or if the website gnomes don't like to talk to your cash register computers, maybe don't offer online ordering. Â Just a thought.
I had to re-place my order, and wait almost a full half hour to get my food. Â I thought, oh, maybe she'll comp something, or give me coupons, or something. Â Nope. Â Bad plan when you've inconvenienced a customer that much. Â
I won't dock a star, because my dine-in experiences have been great, and the food is consistent. Â But people do need to know that they shouldn't bother to utilize the "order online" option.
