Summit Grill and Bar

Visited the restauraunt when it was Rumors and was disappointed to find out that it had changed on my recent trip back to the Kansas City area. That is where the disappointment stopped though.  The comfortable interior of the restauraunt and the outside ambiance has not changed and neither has the greaqt food!  The only recognizable difference between the former Rumors and the new Summit Grill is the name change.  If you are in the area I would definitely reccommend giving them a shot!

Went there for the first time Valentine's weekend.  The dinner rolls were awesome.  We had the ribeye and while it wasn't the best steak I've ever had, it was good.   Service was outstanding.  A good place to eat close to home.

I reviewed Rumors when that restaurant was located here, so I wanted to return and try the new Summit Grill and Bar. While I've only been there for Happy Hour, I found the same high quality and comfortable setting that I enjoyed at Rumors. The Happy Hour menu is extensive and a good deal, especially since it is also available on the weekends. For anyone who was curious about what it's like since the changeover, I'm pleased to say that it's equally as good. For anyone who is waiting to come here, it's definitely worth a try. And yes, the calamari is the same as it was at Rumors.
