I visited here a few times this week while in town to see relatives and sat at the bar each time. The service on my first visit was okay. Â My next visit was Sunday night and the bartender was great - he talked, kept my glass full and made me feel welcome like a guest. Â There were several people at the bar but he was working to make that connection with his guests. Â I was planning to hang out a few more times based on this experience alone.
Friday night (last night) was awful. Â My brother and I went at around 9:45pm and sat at the bar. Â We got our first drink order and an app and said we were thinking about more food. Â There were two bartenders and maybe 8 people at the bar. Â They were more focused on cleaning the glasses, talking with servers and were doing things that made us think they were getting ready to close. Â Come to find out they don't close til 2am.
They never asked how we were doing. Â We looked at the menu and were going to order more food. Â They saw us hold the menu but never stopped to ask if we wanted anything else. Â We sat right near the glass dishwashing machine near the middle, so it's not like we were out of the way. Â It wasn't just us either, they seemed to leave most everybody at the bar alone.
We were now curious if they'd ever check in on us. Â After our glasses were nearly empty and the app was long gone, one stopped to ask if we wanted another round. Â My brother said that we were thinking of ordering more food but it was too late now. Â The male bartender took the passive-aggressive approach and said "ok, whatever" and went back to cleaning things.
My brother stopped to talk to a manager to let them know before we left, but it sounded like she wasn't too concerned.
It's a shame, the $17 check could have easily become $50 (not to mention the tip) if the service was better.
The food is consistent with other BW3's I've visited.
My teenage son always asks to come here when we let him pick a place to eat, so we've been here quite a few times. Â I can't think of one time when they haven't messed our order up in some way! Â Usually this results in our getting more food than we actually ordered (since they never take back something they've brought to your table in error and you're free to eat it if you like) and getting some amount taken off of our bill, so I can't complain too much, but it's still annoying. Â When we do eventually get the right food, it's usually quite good.
Review Source:Dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings is always one of our favorite meals to set down..talk, enjoy food and just get caught up. I always alternate allowing my son or daughter to pick our location for breaking bread...and usually this one is always chosen by either of them or both of them jointly!!!.
Noelle and Joshua (my children) and my son's friend Brian went to dinner before going to the movies.
Tony was at his families home so he didn't join us. I ordered my favorite.."fish tacos" and I love this entree no matter which location I eat at...((( chain locations are cookie cutter meals))
Noelle had 12 wings and mixed her sauces (Jalapeno Spicy and Spicy Garlic). Joshua got the Steak Burger with fries and a side of 6 Garlic Parmesan Wings and Brian chose the Big Monster Burger...everyone loved their meal choices.
We had a great meal. Everyone ordered sodas and we enjoyed the meal for about an hour.
Can't wait to go again!!! We all love this place!!!
