  My previous visits were totally unremarkable - 3 stars. My most recent (a.k.a. last) visit was absolutely horrible - 0 stars. Our waitress, Tiffany (not her real name (her real name is Tyfinni or something equally spelling-challenged)), has no business in a service position and should never be tipped or otherwise encouraged to continue in this line of work. A request for two ice waters and a beer resulted in one ice water and a beer even after repeated prompting and reminders and her promises to deliver. She took our appetizer order and never returned to take the entrée order. She ran around like a crackhead, but she only had three occupied tables. It's not like I come (I mean came) here that often, but she just cost the place a customer. And the "manager" walked right past our table and you could sense that he could tell something was amiss. He didn't bother to stop and ask how things were like he did with the other patrons. Way to bury your head in the sand, buddy!
  
  I will say that the food, if you can get it, is usually pretty darn tasty.

  Absolutely the worst service I have ever had, took an hour to get a table when the place was almost empty, servers are inexperienced. Beer and drinks  took 15-20mins to arrive. And the food is par If that. Since the change in management and the full switch of staff in late 2012 this will not be a place I or any of my friends return to.

  If you are looking for a fun family orientated sports bar here is your stop. Unfortunately, I was looking for a dark sports bar to have some beers with the guys
  
  I came on a Friday night to watch the Mavericks and Lakers and posted up at the bar. The first thing I noticed was how bright the lights were. Wow. I almost needed sun glasses. I figured they would turn them down once it was later, but that didn't happen.
  
  Also, as a sports watching venue, they need to invest in some more enormous televisions. You don't come to a sports bar to watch games and feel like you are at home, you want some huge mother-F***ing TVS.
  
  On the service side, everything was great. The waitstaff as a whole are nice, friendly,  and smiling.
  
  For food, this is your typically BWW food. I just wish it wasn't all out of the fryer or microwave, but again, BWW doesn't try to be a health food store either.

  It's your typical BW3's what can I say?  The wings are just like you have come to know and expect from B Dubs, good and covered in the sauce of your choice. They serve Woodchuck cider
  
  It's new so it's shiny and clean and the waitstaff are the typical, friendly, smiling, Southeast Texas girls.
