We have gone to this location very often over the past few years and up until recently have had mostly good experiences (would have rated it 3 stars). Recently, however the service has seriously tailed off to the point where 3 of the last 4 visits have gotten progressively worse.
First, we just had a poor/inattentive waiter who made a couple of mistakes and was supposedly new. Â We gave this one a pass. Â Next time, a few weeks later we had the same waiter and he made about 5 mistakes, most of which individually would not have been that bad but the sum total was a pretty poor experience and a clearly uninterested server. Â The manager happened to come over and ask us about our experience so we told her and she was really good and gave us a $20 certificate.
Then, today was the last straw. Â We walked in and were seated and it was clearly FAR, FAR LOUDER than it normally is (the speaker system, not the patrons). Â It was so loud that our 5 yr old daughter began crying. Â The waitress noticed her crying and said "I know it is loud isn't it". Â We then asked if they could possibly lower it so that people could still hear the game but didn't BURST CUSTOMER'S EARDRUMS and she said that "it was always like this on Sunday Night" instead of offering to see if they could lower it.
This infuriated me since we are in there *all the time* on Sunday nights and we *know* it is never this loud (loud but not excruciatingly loud). Â We then asked to speak with her manager and she didn't want to tell us so we walked out.
Bottom line is that there are places with better food and servers who actually make an effort to make you think they are trying to care even a little.
