  I usually like BWW, but this one is terrible!!  The waitress forgot to submit our order, so 45 min. after ordering she took it again put it in.  1-1/2 hrs. in we got our food. My hubby's wings were cold.  I ordered a salad with Ranch dressing. I poured the dressing on my salad and took a bite. The freakin stuff tasted like sour mayonnaise! I couldn't eat another bite, and no amount of lemonade would get that nasty taste out of my mouth!!
  It was 2 hrs. By the time we left.  Jeez!  We'll just go to Wings n More next time!!

  I go to this Buffalo Wild Wings (Bdubbs) quite often. It is almost always cooked to perfection. Me, my fiance, and roommate put together have ordered almost all items on the menu (If you like appetizers get the damn stuffed jalapeno bites). Sometimes it takes a while for them to answer the phone, or the food takes a little longer than they say, but hey that's OK when its damn delicious. If you get some sauce on the side for tenders they usually open the boxes and show you what you ordered, if they don't you should check for the sauce. The employees are very nice and know me by name by now. This place is my favorite and I've been to a lot of wing places. Well done guys.

  We come here with friends to hang out on Thursdays a lot.  It's not bad for a sports bar.

  I was not impressed. I had a  quesadilla that wasn't very good. There was some kind of strange seasoning on it. I was not happy.
  
  My friend had a Cajun burger and it too was not good due to bad tasting spices.
  
  I wasn't stoked with the service either but thats what we get for sitting outside.
  
  I guess we should have had wings because this place was
  Packed by the time I left.

  Service is horrible, like most BWW locations. Had horrendous service on probably 5 out of 6 visits.
  
  Update: I was in a pinch after a late concert on a Saturday night and stopped by. Waited to be seated about 5 minutes, we tried to sit in the bar but every single table was dirty (there where maybe 4 occupied tables), so we went and had them seat us in the dinning section, we where the only people in that side of the restaurant. There was a table full of about 4-5 employees playing grab ass, and at least 2 others cleaning tables in this section. We waited...and waited... A manager came out and starting diving out envelops to the employees (tips maybe?).... we continued to wait.... Remember we are the only people seated in this huge section surrounded by troves of BWW's finest. We finally talked amongst ourselves and decided to bail and hit a bar.... Just as we where getting up, a bro-man decided to take our drink order. He had a very hard time understanding why we where getting up and leaving. He is probably still confused about the matter, 20 minute leads in seems to be the norm here.
  
  This place just plain sucks. Which I hate, because I love BWW wings and the convenience it offers. Its a shame.

  First if all...I've been here over 5 times and the service has always been bad. Hostesses will seat you but no one will serve you...waitresses are forgetful and the bartenders are rude. And yet...i keep coming back...why? Because I love the buffalo wings! Haha
  
  Edit: I returned to this location recently and once again...the hostess seated us and we weren't greeted with a server for 10 minutes! Fortunately the manager knew they had messed up and voided the tip from our bill and we were eventually served. I wasn't upset..but this location really needs to better their hostess-server communication
