The usual from this chain...food is ok...service is inconsistent and it's loud to the point where it's often tough for a table of 4 to hold a conversation. It's a favorite for the high schoolers (and college crowd who have no other choices) so I'll leave it to them in the future. There are better options in town.

Typical BW3. Food was good and the dining room was clean. Waitress and service was good. Very typical of other locations.

Service was pretty poor and I have a high tolerance since I like to visit divey places. Halfway through our meal I asked our waitress for something. she responded that she wasn't actually our waitress. what? then why had she taken our order and brought us our food?
Because she was covering for our waiter who we met halfway through our meal, and only really paid attention to us when the check came.

On the bright side, there are like 20 big screens w/ random sporting events on.

The worst food ever comes from this place. I go there cuz my son likes it. Have had the wings, always dry and sucky, decided to get a burger last night cuz the picture looked great. The worst thing ever. Don't go for the food. They have guiness on draft. That saved me, always does. food sucks.

My wife and I had dinner there recently. We've been there maybe 3-4 times total. We like the brand and product so have given these folks a chance, but will NEVER go back after our last experience. Any one of the visits has been mediocre at best, but the last visit was terrible. Poor service, poor food and apathetic management. Staff is like a high school soap opera. Mgr told us corporate had gone with a different kind of chicken recently that wasn't popular. Nothing about this place is good unless you're only there for beer and TV!

It's a sports bar chain that serves fried junk food. Don't come expecting fine dining. If you want to hang with your buds and drink cheap beers and eat hot wings while watching MMA or your choice of other sporting event, this is your place.

This location has generous happy hours, always at least one or two affordable beer choices (look for the "Game Day Specials"), a lot of macrobrews on tap, and tons of TVs. Buzztime 1 and 2 always on (but bring your smartphone because all the Playmaker batteries are dead). The bar staff is always somewhere between good and great. They have a huge variety of wing sauces and dry rubs, up to the aptly named Blazin'.

Like the whole chain, Wing Tuesdays and Boneless Thursdays are the cheap times to try (or indulge in) the wings.

We took a large group in here (11 adults and 4 kids).  I called and gave them a 15 minute heads up that we need a table.  When we arrived the table was set and they were ready for us.  As for the service, they forgot a few of the appetizers and we had to ask about their whereabouts.  Food was standard BW3 fare that I have had at other locations.  They have expanded their menu to include more salad options and sauce offerings.  The real drag?  They list the calories of each menu item.  Talk about putting the "FU" in fun...

I went probably in December or January and had the worst service of my life.  There was a group of about 10 of us, which we know is kinda difficult on a Sunday evening, but it really wasn't that busy.  Our waitress came up and was very enthusiastic, and that's pretty much where our love for her stopped.  She ended up ignoring most of us and talking (and seriously flirting) with two of the guys in the group, both of which are 16!  She did this for about ten minutes until one of the other girls in my group said, "Um, excuse me, the rest of us exist, too."  She gave us attitude while taking our drink orders, then disappeared for 20 minutes.  No one in our group ordered any alcoholic drinks or anything fancy, just water and sodas.  Finally she re-appeared with our drinks and decided to take our order, but not before having another chat with the underage boys!  She divulged that she was bisexual, hadn't gotten any in a while, smokes, does drugs, the whole nine yards.  Not appropriate on any level, at all.  Then it took almost an hour to get our food, and several people, including the girl that told our waitress earlier that the rest of us exist, didn't get their food.  At this point, we're all clearly irate.  We finally got the missing food, but the girl's food was COMPLETELY wrong.  Not just a little wrong, but something different all together.  She was livid.  Finally we got a new waitress, but she was almost as bad as the first girl.  As our new waitress was walking away, we all saw our old one drop an entire tray of food on a guy at the table next to us.  Finally, the manager came out and apologized to us and comped the food that was wrong and gave us all $5 vouchers to come back.  We clearly didn't tip (who would after that service?) and ended up giving the vouchers to people walking in.  I'm NEVER going back, and I doubt anyone else in the group would either.

Also, far too many televisions, far too much noise, and I'd love to say that they had no waiter service, but they have people serve your food and do nothing else.

Have been to this location quite often, get there this time, waited 20 minutes to find out after I was seated that they had no boneless wings.  A WING PLACE  with NO WINGS?...how is that even possible.  They kept pushing their chicken tenders on us.  If i wanted chicken tenders, i would have ordered chicken tenders.  They went to a different store location to get boneless wings.  what poor planning on the food management.

    3.5 Stars

It's a chain store, don't get your hopes up.  With that being said, I am not going to elaborate much on the wings and food as it is all pretty standard with these place (a good thing) albeit slightly overpriced without the Tuesday Wing special and Thursday Boneless Wing Special - their happy hour from 5-7p is a bust for food and only okay for drinks. BUT, I think this place is definitely one of the nicest ones I have been too.

The place has a gluttony of TV - there was at least five TVs lining up on one side of the wall - which may be a good thing or bad depending on if you are like me and then can't decide which one you want to watch lol.  Aside from the TVs, this place is really clean and the staff was very courteous even though we were the last patrons at 1am (after the Avengers movie which was bomb by the way).  Unlike some of the other BWW I have been too, the tables weren't sticky with sauce everywhere.  Lastly, did I mention this place was open till at least 1 am (maybe 2am not sure)?  Do you know how hard it is to find a place open past 10pm in Williamsburg...pretty damn hard...thus comparatively for the area this place should get a five star lol.

We were out doing some running around while in Williamsburg and found ourselves over by this BWW and decided to give it a try.  The food was the same as any BWW at which you might eat and it was set up pretty much the same.  So, in that regard, it lived up to what we had hoped as most of us (wife excluded) are fans of BWW.

The service, however, was pretty bad.  Our server was named Heidi (according to our receipt) and she was about as apathetic as she could have been.  She clearly didn't want to be there.  Once she delivered our food, she never came around again until one of my boys flagged her down for a refill.  Maybe she was having an off day but she was a poor performer on this day.

Overall, I wouldn't return to this location.  There are BWW's all over the place and there are many better than this one was on this day.  So, we'll stick to those.

I eat here about once a week.  Possibly the only place in town to really go to a "sports bar."  Tons of tv's but the service can be slow when they are busy.  Always clean and they are accomodating in hosting our fantasy football draft.  Parking can be a bear because it is in New Town, but thats not their fault.  They also have all of the MMA fights that are normally on pay-per-view for free.  I'm hooked on the Asian Zing Wings.

I spent an hour and a half waiting for a burger and 10 wings. The first burger came out looking like a plastic toy coming from a kitchen playset. The service was lacking to say the least. Never again, $0.45 wings are not worth it.

Terrible, awful, disgusting. Went on a busy friday night. Sat in the bar area. In 15 minutes had 4 separate servers walk by the table. Our table was never cleaned, we were never offered menus. Never offered drinks. Disgusting restaurant, terrible chain. Will never spend a dime at any location.

So I went in here for a beer while waiting for a movie across the way. The bartender offered me two beers on "feature" - Blue Moon Summer and Coors Lite. I opted for the Blue Moon. Two beers later, my tab was $10.80. Wait, what? Blue Moon is owned by Coors Lite - it's not a "craft" beer and you want to charge $5.40 for what is essentially an orange-flavored Coors?

Lame vibe with a million TVs (half of which were playing trivia) and video games that involve large rifles and people looking stupid. Was there music? And why were the lights so bright? It was like I was standing in the middle of a football field in a Friday Night Lights episode. Terrible, never again.

This is a new B-Dubs that's just opened up in the New Town development in Williamsburg. As far as Buffalo Wild Wings goes, the food here tastes just like the food at all of the other ones. If you like it, then you'll like this place; if not, stay away.

As far as this place goes, they have a ton of TVs. Like, I've never seen this many TVs in any other Buffalo Wild Wings, and I've been to several of them (I'm a sucker for the Mango Habanero sauce). The beer selection is also a little larger than some other other locations I've been to; I think they had around 25.

So why only 3 stars? I know this place is new, and they're still ironing out the kinks, but the service here was not particularly good. We had a party of 5, and they seated us at a 4-person booth; strike 1. The waitress greeted us promptly, brought us drinks, and then forgot about  us for 20 minutes before taking our order; strike 2. After the food came, they proceeded to change the channel on 4 of the TVs from the Alabama-South Carolina game to the MLS playoffs (srlsly?). If someone wants to watch the MLS playoffs for some odd reason (I hate that league), then more power to them, but why they had to change 4 TVs over is beyond me; strike 3.

It wasn't all bad; the beers were fresh, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious as always. However, the below-par service has to be addressed. But, they've been open for like 3 weeks, so they get the benefit of the doubt. Next time we take a trip to the 'burg, we'll probably stop back, and hope that the growing pains are over.
