I'm glad a gave this place a second chance.  It's a great local bar.  Nice bartender on Friday and Saturday...not sure about the other nights.  Clean bathrooms are a plus.
Was told they just started doing pub trivia on Thursday nights.

It was St Patricks day I expected a big crowd maybe some great music. It was a bit disappointing. I will return on a different night. I have to say they are very clean the bathroom looks like someones house. It is very nice on the inside. They have chess, dominos, and darts. I am very impressed with how nice they have made the bar.

The renovations are long over and if you were there before, you won't recognize the place.....it's clean, fresh, and the owner is a super lady, who by the way also makes her own salsa to serve with the chips she offers.  It tastes so good, we buy it and bring it home.  But the value and atmosphere here is great - it's quiet and relaxing, not like some places nearby that have way too loud music and drama all the time.  It's basically like a new place, in an old place, and though hard to find (just a few dozen feet south of Sherman Way, on the west side of Lindley Ave, and in the corner of the little strip center - I suggest you park behind, on the far south-side of the center and use the rear entrance where it is much easier to find parking.  Darts, lots of TV's for a small place, and the drinks are good pours, good prices.  Worth checking out if you are looking for a relaxing, end of day cocktail, early evening out without the hassles.  I hear they have Karaoke some nights but I don't do that.  Check it out........
