I really enjoyed the opportunity to work with Jan to get insights outside my "norm."  She gave me some great advice to work with, as I sing and minister to various groups of people.  It was helpful to think how I am communicating the emotions in the various parts of any song.  On my last session (for now) it was good to work on selecting my stronger songs (using professional accompaniment CDs)  toward making a Demo CD.  That was an important step for me as I look toward relocating and changing careers.  Thanks!  Bill L

Studing voice with Jan is like taking a master course in technique and performance. She made me feel comfortable right away even though I was a total beginner. I have now been with her about a year and understand how to make great sounds come out when I sing. I love learning with lots of laughs and occasional soul searching while performing.
