Place is much better after they removed the carpet (no more old smell). Service has always been great, and true, usually guys in the joint. The bf and I always go to watch a Euro Soccer Match and moderately priced beer.

Not sure if the jukebox still works, but last time I had a blast playing The Smiths and the like. A few doors down from India Sweets & Spices (aka ISS). Stop by for Indian veggie and say hi to Lucky, cool dude.

Ok....here is the lastest update....new hardwood floors replaced the oldddddddddd carpet.... Much better look and smell. Hahahahaha....plus they have free WiFi.... They are also introducing some new hard ciders on draft and have been brining in some new beers on a rotating basis...

Oh yenta they brought back pitchers...  Plus dont forget the weekly live bands that come

Lots of "kept" men who can afford to drink and play darts all day with nary a sugar mama in sight. These are some lucky dudes!

Stopped by one afternoon to find the ratio of men: women to be about 35:4 (we were a party of four ladies).

If you are a woman/girl/chick/lady, then for sure go with your posse. Something tells me that a woman alone will encounter what I call "excess attention" and these are not young stallions here, but rather retired race horses.

Decent drink specials and an ambience that rather does recall at least Glasgow make it a local hang out worth marinating in...from time to time (with an entourage if you are a girl).
