I liked this Hookah place. The decor is the best part about this hookah lounge. They have lots of nice couches and tables, most of the tables are centered around their own TV's which is nice.
The hookah itself was tasty, better than average, but nothing exceptional.
The service was good, again, not great, but good. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive once he was at our table, however, he did not check in regularly. We were left waiting on our hookah to be refreshed for about ten minutes, even though we were the only customers at the time.
Also, the only water they offered was bottled. Literally no tap water they claimed. They offered me a glass of ice and said I could wait for it to melt?? Hopefully this was just a glitch they have since worked out since opening. I understand that there is a drink minimum, but if I've ordered my drink, I don't see any reason why I shouldn't also be able to have a free glass of water with that... just like any other restaurant.
Overall, I think this Hookah place is headed towards great things. The decor and location are ideal, and the wait staff is friendly. If they can just improve the efficiency of the staff and work out a few more kinks, they would definitely be worthy of a five star review.
I give this place a 3 star only because when we went they were DEAD empty.. i mean we were the only ones there and the owners were outside eating IN & OUT
The place is beautiful.... Â but their Hookah Store they own Magic Smokes is Expensive..
Just fyi :-) Â
I didn't get to see how much their hookah was but I'll stop by again
I came here on a recommendation from a friend. Â First let me say - the staff - amazing! The ambiance - perfect! The aesthetics - awesome! However, what made me a little distraught was that we ordered a hookah (approx $13) and 3 teas. Â Our bill came to $31. Â When we asked about the calculations, they said "gratuity is included"... hmmm let's see Let's say $13 for hookah and $3.50 for each tea. Â That comes to about $24, so on a $24 bill they are charging a $7 tip? That's almost 30%! I only tip 30% when I am floored by how amazingly I am treated. Â For one, they spilled tea on our table and only brought the cups of tea out with napkins and spoons. Â (Ever heard of a saucer?) Â Second, my Iced Tea was never refilled - (at $3-$4 for a cup of tea - you would think it comes with free refills, right?). Â
I believe they have a little bit to learn about operating a business - although I think it's a great place and in a great location. Â I'm not sure about the "gratuity included" policy if you're not going to list it on your menu - it might make it helpful to unsuspecting customers to at least tell them that they're going to get charged a gratuity. Â Nice people - but with all the competition in the valley you would think they'd be running a promotion giving discounts to fill up the place. Â Guess not.
