We had made a habit of stopping here when to and from Reno..after the last experience - never again..we will get a sandwhich at the store next door or do without. Â The help was yelling about too many orders, the cashier (young teenager) had dirt and grime under his nails and looked as if he had not bathed in a week. Â I watched as the other young man scratched his face then dug into the fries..I was disgusted..
Review Source:Ok, I know what you're thinking, Â "Seriously 4 freakin stars for a Burger King?!" Â Hear me out...
So, yeah, this is pretty much a run of the mill B.K./fast food restaurant, the food is good, as good as fast food can be. The service is decent, I haven't had any bad experiences. But I'd say its all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! A warm fast, inexpensive meal in the middle of nowhere-ville. When you've been playing in the snow all day & you're tired and starving a warm meal of starch & meat that is served up in minutes really hits the spot! Whom ever I'm with can fill up the car @ the gas station & I can order food and we'll be done about the same time & be on our way home.
Kinda bummed there is no drive thru but I don't think a drive thru would be feasible @ this location.
What can I say? It is Burger King, but what I can say is I am able to order a burger when they first open instead of some lame breakfast meal.
Most of the cashiers are friendly, although as with any fast food place they get a bit harried when the line is long.
For the most part the place is fairly clean as far as these type of places go.
This review is for the super, friendly cashier who took our order. Â Sorry, I didn't get your name.
First of all, the food here is the same as all other BK's - good original chicken sandwich and yummy onion rings!
I was definitely wowed by the cashier as I listened to my 3-year old complain that there weren't any BK Kids' toys left. Â As I confirmed with the cashier that they were indeed out of toys, my 3-year old kept complaining about how he wanted a toy. Â The cashier then reached into his belt loop and unclipped a BK toy he had and handed it to my son, "Here you can have my toy." Â Wow, was I impressed! Â Maybe he just wanted to stop the whining and was sick of listening to my son, but I'd like to think that this guy has some great customer service skills and is a valuable asset to the company.
Here's a shout out to you kid! Â You are going places in your bright future!
