Buzzard's Roost Grill & Pub

Decided to stop here on the drive back from Key West to Miami.  Saw the good reviews on Yelp...and this place didn't disappoint.

I had the cobb salad for dinner with grilled chicken.  The salad is huge and fresh, and the chicken cooked just right.  For an appetizer I had the lobster bisque.  I highly recommend it.  It is a tomato cream base, but it had plenty of chunks of lobster in it.

My boyfriend had the caesar salad and chipotle wings.  The salad was again, very large and fresh.  Wings were great, cooked well, and the sauce was awesome.

We sat at the bar, so service was great.  We were there at an off hour (around 3-4pm) so it wasnt very crowded.  Everyone was friendly, the bar manager even stopped over to ask us how everything was.

A great stop on the drive up or down to Key West.  Pretty waterfront and very laid back with good prices.

Food was awesome. View was great. They had a live singer on Sunday afternoon which really added to the atmosphere.

Hidden gem!  Arrived late, just before closing, and they welcomed us with no problem. Excellent meal and excellent service.  

It is a few blocks off the main road and easy to miss, but worth it!
