C Dogz Bar & Grill

Great little Downriver hang-out not far from the Grosse Ile Bridge, etc. $1drafts, great burgers, keno... this is the kinda joint you can come in for a beer and end up staying a couple hours cuz you're relaxin and havin too much fun. I met some of my family down there for Sunday football and C-Dog had put out a complimentary buffet of chicken wings, stuffed cabbage (made by his 80-year old Mama no less!), meatballs and taco salad! Delish, and made with love. I don't know if he does that every Sunday, but, wow, that was special. It was also Veterans Day that day and it was impressive and inspiring to see some of our boys all decked out in their uniforms that day. It's that kinda place. This is a working man's bar, but friendly like most of Downriver... I must admit I know the owner so I'm a bit biased, but I would like this place, nonetheless. Aaahhhhoooooo, C-Dogz!
