Cairo Cafe - The Mirage of Knoxville

I still haven't had a chance to try a full meal here but have had dessert and hookah. The pastry was not very good but the hookah was solid. I tried the braklava and really was disappointed. The atmosphere is nice for what it is. Solid bar and beer menu as well. I will probably go back but it's definitely not a place I would be a regular at.

This place has a great atmosphere and is the perfect place to begin, end, or just stay for the night.  The huge draw here is hookah, but they also have a great drink selection and delicious appetizers.  I've never eaten any of the entrees but the hummus and feta dip are amazing.  Highly recommend this place.

The music is loud, the food mediocre, but the hookah is FANTASTIC and VERY reasonably priced. The staff are all really nice too. A comfortable place to chill if you don't mind how loud it is.
