  Showed up at California Bar to meet up for drinks before going out dancing. Everyone ended up having such a blast we stayed there the entire night & skipped out on dancing. Tim our bartender was such a riot & was so awesome I will definitely be back to see him again. Stiff drinks that never seemed to cease! Woohoo! As good as it gets!

  April Fool's Day lunch break...and I need a couple drinks before gettin back on the mountain.  Thanks to the bartender, who wasn't too social, I was back on the mountain two stiff captain and diets later!! =)
  
  Wanted a drink for the drive back home after our day but alas, they closed early for a managers meeting =(

  Great bar to visit at lunch time and after a long day on the mountain. You can catch all of the big games here. They have a live band on occasion on the weekends only I believe(Saturday). The bartenders and staff service is great.
  
  I don't ever Leave Tahoe without a visit to this place.

  We spent at least 5 hours visiting, drinking, meeting new people, and watching football here yesterday.  It was probably one of the most enjoyable afternoons in Tahoe.
  
  Drinks are reasonably priced and the crowd is pretty laid back.  Big thanks to our bartender, Steve from Costa Rica.  Not only did he make an awesome Bloody Mary, but he was cool and kickback (as long as you don't order a daiquiri).  
  
  By far, one of the best bars to hang out at in Tahoe.  Oh yeah, if are you are feeling brave, order up a Adios MFer...you may not remember the rest of your day- good luck to you!

  saturday...december 9th....weekend up in tahoe with a few "elite" friends...drinkin'...snowboardin'...feastin'..it's hot tubbin'...beer chuggin'...wine sippin'....sangria spankin'.....food food and more food.....almost a perfect weekend with the crew...why almost?..well...read on....
  
  first day up on the slopes of..well...heavenly mountain resort..it was..sunny breezy chilly...perfect snowboarding weather....but....snow had been lacking.....few lifts in operation...with only a handful of trails....a game of pinballs...bouncing left and right...dodgin' bullets....in, out and inbetween.....my almost 30-year-old legs were givin' in.....
  
  3:00 p.m....we search for a bar.....the california bar~!...just inside the california lodge..just inside the heavenly mountain resort.....it's been a slow start of the season....wide open area with only a few patrons....chilin'...relaxin'...chit chats....mmmmmmmm.....great simple bloody mary....really hit the spot...."extra tobassco sauce..please..i'm korean"....ahhhh....hit the spot not once...not twice....but three times~!.....mmm...buzzed and happy....
