Casa Torres Restaurant

Hey all, I first want to make sure you don't do what I did and go to the old location..you will realize it's the old location (if you managed to ignore the run-down looking building) when you attempt to open the door and it's LOCKED. Yea, I did this. Anyhow, the new location was built to be a hall with lot's of tables for lot's of people to lot's of food. There is also a separate sports bar area if all you care about is the booze and the sports (no judgement here).
Today was Fathers Day and over 13 of us family members decided to attend the buffet brunch and all I can say is the food was amazing, diverse, fresh, and super SABROSO (that means delicious in Spanish)!!!
Along with the attentive wait staff, the live Mariachis was perfect!
Great place, get there early during holiday/public celebrations to get seating otherwise expect a wait. :)

I don't see what all the fuss is about this place. It's your typical mexican restaurant. Nothing special. It's overpriced for the quality. The wait is too long. They don't have a drink menu. They charge you for salsas! They act like there not making a lot of money that they have to charge you for every single thing. They charged us for a refill. The place looks like a cafeteria, a room with a bunch of tables. There's no appeal at all.

Everyone raves about this place but when i finally got to try it, its was nothing more than a typical Mexican Restaurant. No specials, no fish tacos, no unique dishes, just your average Mexican food place. They are not BAD, but they are not GREAT,
