I've been for the lunch buffet and really enjoyed it. It's different than a lot of the restaurants in the Clemson area because it's not a chain and the food tastes like it was actually homemade. I usually only get to eat this kind of food on holidays when there are big family get-togethers with Grandma's cooking but Central Station Cafe has it all the time! I believe there was a charge for using debit/credit cards but I can't remember if it's per transaction or only if your bill is below a minimum so you may want to bring cash.
Review Source:Whenever I can make it into town, I head over to Central Station. Â I moved to Central when I was a teenager and fell in love with the owners (and thier small children) and food back then. Â I now come visit when I can (with my small child). 19 years later! Â The food brings back great old memories for me! Â You can tell this family puts all of their heart into this place!
Review Source:I've only ever been here for the Sunday breakfast buffet, but it is absolutely phenomenal. Â We would drive to Clemson and see some of the fam just to eat here on Sunday mornings. Â I think the mixed crowd proves that this place is genuinely good, if 95 year old church folk and hungover college students agree, you know it's good!
I have heard that it is not nearly as good for non-sunday brunch outings, but it doesn't really matter since I'm only in Clemson on the weekends!
