Chandler's Landing Yacht & Tennis Club

I highly recommend Allure Restaurant for delicious steaks, seafood, the incredible lakeside view and fun for the 40+ crowd, expecially on Karaoke Thursdays! Great place for live music on weekends, too. We go here all the time now. Bacon barbq burgers & parmesian fries are best I've ever tasted! Steaks and blackened catfish are delicious. Service is excellent. Everyone very friendly and courteous. New owners have really done a wonderful job!

I am posting my comments under Chandler's Landing Yacht Club, but I am told it is now called Allure Restaurant at Chandler's Landing.  If that's the case, this restaurant has a fitness room.  Neither the restaurant or fitness room is ready to open, but the pool was ready on Memorial Day.  It was a typical Memorial Day turn out with free beer and margaritas.  No fly over, though. They were well staffed for the event and did a great job assisting guests.  Staff members wore a uniform oxford shirt which made it easy to find assistance.  The cost for a summer pool membership is $300.00.  I am posting some pics taken on Memorial Day to show improvements.

I can't speak to Chandler's Landing Yacht club except in the concept of a wedding, which is one thing they advertise. My husband found them online and we liked the view, so we booked them for our wedding. We had the highly unpleasant experience of working with one of the biggest morons I have ever met in my life. I will spare you the details; you'd find them hard to believe, anyway! All in all, the staff at Chandler's Landing was inconsistent, lazy and rude. The only plus side for Chandler's Landing is their chef is AMAZING. He was super nice and he made us an amazing vegetarian buffet. So, go eat at their restaurant by all means, just don't have your wedding there. The location is pretty dumpy and the only area they have for a bride to get ready in is the locker room. (I didn't do that, I got a hotel!) The only reason they are getting these two stars is because of their chef, if I could rate him alone, I'd give him five stars!
