  Chapala is our local go-to place for Mexican food. The food is good and very reasonably priced. We usually call in our order for pick-up, and it's always ready within about 15 minutes.

  I've been here three days in a row now. Does that tell you anything? They have great al pastor and very fresh salsa. Everything is made fresh and tastes great. I think the $1 tacos are smaller than the reg priced one since you have to specify $1 tacos. I eat the full priced ones, and I'm happy with that.

  Chapala's is great if you want cheap tacos and don't want to put your body through the punishment of Taco B*ll.  Their store isn't the cleanest, the staff isn't the fastest. But what you see is what you good. Quality Tacos.  I'm not sure if it's a forever thing, but right now they have $1 tacos!!!
  
  As far as complaining about how long it took... (Amanda) I've been here over a dozen times, once at lunch, and i've never waited longer then 15 minutes.  
  
  I love you Chapala, and I love your salty Taco(s).

  I couldn't have asked for a better experience from Chapala Tacos. The service was quick and the food was good. It is everything I would expect from a small fast food Mexican place.

  God, does this place suck with a capital S.  One night af picking up the bf from work, we decided to stop here.  We were too lazy (I had been too lazy) to cook or even purchase groceries for a meal, and out on the good ol Wes-siiide of Montgomery, there is not sh*t.  And I don't eat Burger King, so really, there is not sh*t.  We stopped here with our pooch in tow since I had taken him to pick up his dad from work and decided to leave the boys in the car while I placed our order.  
  Fast forward a HALF hour later, I had already drank a bottle of water, gone outside twice to update the status (ie bitch), and used the washroom.  These people TAKE FOREVER.  And the result is less than satisfactory.  The food was bland and the rice was just straight up nasty.  I love me some Mexican food but this place is garbage.  I'd never return.  Not only was the wait unexplainable and ridiculous, but the service was crap, the other people in there were just staring @ me and the building is old and dingy.  I hate waiting, I'm the first to admit that I'm impatient but seriously, for a half hour wait, the results better be damn good.  This place is a far cry from being half as good as Arandas (and that is defo not a compliment), Taco Movil, Taquirea Munoz etc.  F Chapala, y'all suck.
  The only ray of sunshine was the TV (although it was all fuzzy) since the had the Sox game on.  Otherwise I would have freaked.
