Charlie Riedels Fast Food

We stopped in after the Renaissance fest at the suggestion of my wife (who had not been there since high school). Bad, bad idea. They must have given up when Bill Gray's opened a few doors down. The two girls at the counter were totally lethargic and made me feel like we were disturbing them by ordering. I ordered the hot roast beef sandwich with grave, coleslaw, and german potato salad. I watched a guy pull a plastic bag out of the microwave, pull my deli meat out of it, and slap it on the bread. The gravy... canned. The german potato salad... canned. The slaw... was slaw, kinda hard to screw up. My friend got a steak sandwich, and it was more fat than meat. All in all this was a very depressing place with fairly crappy food. If I wanted stuff from a can I would have hit Tops just up the road. Never again, there are plenty of better choices in the area.
