Chester House Bar & Grill

The outside of the bar is nothing to write home about.  Lot's of locals (some drinking, some just eating at the bar).  I've gone there  for lunch a couple of times.  Burgers are EXCELLENT.  Bar pie is average, can't comment on the alcohol (I didn't drink).  They used to serve pickled eggs, but no more (I miss them). No tables, just bar seating. Tommy the bartender is very friendly/accommodating. Prices VERY FAIR - Party of three $35.00 (including tip/drinks). Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

Tommy, the bartender, has been there for ages. HE is awesome. HE is the reason i go to Chester, aside from the fact that it is a great place to get a beer and catch up with friends.

I went there not knowing how bad of a dive bar it was.. From the outside I thought.. ehhh dive bar but how bad could it be... Some crazy drunk nascar fun was trying to have a chair race with me while I was talking to my friends.. He kept making engine noises which was amusing.. but after the 5th interrupt, I said to him.. GET R DONE!!! he replied with the same and kept making weird noises.. Bar scene...DIVE.. Its amusing if you want to go on a dive bar trip, but this place doesn't seem to get packed..
