Joey G's Grill & Bar

With an atmosphere to please both the sports bar fan and the begrudged companion, Joey G's delivers on food, spirits, and service.  While their website doesn't list veggie burgers as an option, the menu in the restaurant does.  Our food was perfect, the gimlet was refreshing, and we felt like guests.  The manager happened to be in the kitchen that day experimenting with some flavors.  He came out to make sure our experience was exceptional and to tell us about a whiskey tasting that they're hosting.  It wasn't your typical manager check in.  It was a conversation and I believe it was genuine.

Updating my earlier review since I believe it's all new management - the menu is certainly updated.

We got the Groupon and went for lunch today and were really pleased with everything. The drinks were good, the decor and atmosphere were nice, and the food was very enjoyable. I got a prime rib sandwich, which was very good, and my husband got a sandwich with kielbasa, pulled pork, BBQ sauce and cole slaw that was excellent. And if you go, do yourself a favor and pay the extra $1 for the sweet potato fries! They were really good - even my husband loved them!

We'll definitely be back.

$21 for shrimp scampi that tastes like it was from a can...I don't think so...
