Chester House Bar

This is a really skeevy dive bar with a boarding house for bums upstairs. The locals are all inbred Poles originally from "Pennsyltucky" the state west of New Jersey. The owner "Tommy" is a gruff unsociable character who inherited the joint from his Dad. The neighborhood has been flooded out by hurricanes several times but unfortunately, The Chester House hasn't washed away.
