This would have been a 4 star if the customer service wasn't sooooooo bad. Â Language barrier maybe? Maybe not.
Here's my issue:  I call and order sesame chicken at noon, knowing they have a lunch menu. So when I get there, I get charged the dinner price, substantially more. When I asked why I got charged so much, when, upon reading menu, lunch price is much less.  When I asked the gal about it, she said I didn't ask for the lunch entrée.  REALLY ???  It's NOON !! Â
She offers to take it back and adjust  it, but I have already paid, waited, and fumed, so I just wanted to GET OUT !
With other Chinese restaurants in Cambridge,  I'll just go there.  I don't take kindly to being CHEATED  SCAMMED or TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I want to think it was an innocent mistake, but my intuition and knowledge of restaurant  practices tells me   NO.
On the plus side, the food is great. Their eggs foo young is absolutely properly made. Although the gravy is too salty, it is good, And the sesame chicken  was terrific once I got over being so pissed. With all the  to go  traffic there, I recommend that you clearly state your order and double check it. And ask for a total.
