As the other person stated don't judge a book by its cover applies with this restaurant I've grown up eating here. And still can't get enough. Best Chinese I've had in the area! Service is good they get you what you want in a timely matter always polite! I've never had one bad experience here in at least 10 years. Try it out my favorite is there almond chicken, sizzling rice soup, and there chicken fried rice! :)

I didn't think the food was amazingly good, but it's not like it was terrible either. Appropriate portions for the price. Earned another star for the service. They were super friendly and nice, and joked lightly with us. I seriously felt like I've known them forever.

Sometimes, a good service is all you need to have a great time at a restaurant.

We've all been told not to judge a book by it's cover. Same applies here. Situated between a motel that looks that is more than a qtr century past its prime is this gem, china wok. Always great service and the food is the best Chinese food between Seattle and Vancouver BC,  All of the food is great but hands down their signature dish and my fav is the Mongolian beef. I've tried this dish countless other places over the years and no others compare. Trust me you can't go wrong here.

    My childhood birthday spot.

Mongolian Beef - incredibly good. I've never had anything here that I didn't like.

    Side notes:
Interesting fish tank in middle of the restaurant - good for mesmerizing kids.
Chinese Buddha statue always greets you with a smile.

Don't be fooled by the outer appearance of this restaurant. Although the interior was a bit out of date, it was pleasant and clean. Our server was fantastic; she spoke minimal English but was attentive and quick. And the food was delightful. It isn't 4 starred quality Chinese food, but it's enough to satisfy that Chinese food craving you've been wanting. I ordered the walnut almond shrimp and the flavor was sweet and savory. My only complaint was the cost and the portion size that came with it.. I don't believe what I received warranted that price, but I let it go for such a memorable flavor. Overall, it was great and I would recommend to anyone.

If you need to get your Chinese food fix and don't have time to drive to Seattle or Vancouver, China Wok will take care of your cravings!

I ordered the Mu Shi pork - it comes with pancakes (thin tortilla like, not thick pancakes you might be thinking) that you wrap the Mu Shi pork with some plum sauce. Yum!!  Someone else from our table got the Mongolian Beef (which was excellent) and the Almond Chicken (also good).

The restaurant was a tad on the warm side (but we were also there on one of the hottest days of the year).  Diane was our server and she just added to the fun of our evening.

Don't let the sketchy location next to the motor lodge fool ya, it's a great place for Chinese!

Marginal food, marginal service. Ordered half order of Chinese pork and a Mac &Jack while I was waiting for a to go order. Got a MGD. Waitress insisted it was an amber I drank about an inch off the top and still paid for it even after I told her it was wrong. She said,"well the keg says it is.". The sweet sauce for the work was exceptional tho, even tho it was a doctored ketchup base, that was the only bright spot. Found out the soup as part of the dinner wasn't included with go orders aol I got that.. First hot and sour I have had that looked like Campbells. Mongolia beef was so-so but I lived in Asia and have a low tolerance for Chinese American, no excuse for a business. The decor is run down and shabby and should have been a warning, but some of the best food I have ever had was in dives.

Ordered take-out on the BBQ Pork with side of rice. It was good. Comes with mustard, sesame seeds and some red sauce. I thought the "trio" included ketchup? That's what I recall from aeons ago. Also, plenty of napkins, utensil, soy sauce and fortune cookie. Service was good. I asked about their bar and she said they have been too slow for it to be open.
It seems well-kept in the dining area. The bathroom is probably 6/10.
