Chronic Tacos

Came in here around a month ago for some lunch with co-workers and it was NOT busy at all.  
I ordered their [3] street taco special and a cup of water. Not knowing which of the available meats was the best, I opted to try all three -- [1] carne asada, [1] carnitas, and [1] pastor.  
The food arrived in a timely manner and was generously portioned.  They were like mini burritos!
My favorite out of the three was probably the carne asada.  
I like how they have baskets of free chips and dip on the ordering counter.
Even though I did note that the carne asada taco was the best out of the three, I am not inclined to state that the food overall was spectacular.  They were filling, but flavorless.  For being a house special that day, the price paid was great, but not at the cost of flavor.  
I can see why the place is declining in popularity -- prices are pretty high and the food doesn't match the cost.

Can't say I'd be returning.

The drinks are moderately priced. The bartenders are chill. The crowd is fun. It's usually the only place open on base later on in the day. I like it here, I'm a fan. :)
