A really chill place to go! If you haven't already heard from other reviews, this place is a just a super chill bar packed full of Beatles memorabilia and other things. There aren't very many good places for college students to go to, but this place is pretty comfortable. The staff is friendly, the drinks are decent, (They have a list of Beatles named beverages, check it out!) and you can sit down at one of the tables and have a good conversation with friends. And the bathroom? Immaculate. I was actually surprised how clean it was.
Review Source:First let me start off by saying that I am not a huge Beatles fan. With that said I am a huge fan of this bar. The staff is always nice, which is a lot more than I can say for its rival bar next door!
Truly Thee Best Bloody Mary I have ever had! Not so much if you're big on spicy which my raised on bland Mormon casserole taste buds are not, but a good third of this drink is Worcestershire sauce ...... YUMMY!!!
Great place to talk with friends and P.S. they play other great classic rock, It's not all Beatles, thank God!!
First time I have been to City Club! Â We got there around 10:30, and for a Friday night it wasn't very busy. Â There were 4 of us and it was a pretty comfortable setting! Â Wasn't too loud, played decent music, staff was great. Â Had a few drinks and an appetizer all of which were good. Â
As previous reviews state, this is a Beatles Mania Heaven. Â Lots and lots of stuff. Â
Great little place, expect a climb to get in there as it is on the 2nd floor and as far as I could tell, there are no other alternatives.
Beatles, Beatles and more Beatles! Not in the food but the memorabilia. I was staying next door for business and this place was my new home for the next 3 days. Selection of bottle beers was adequate. Burgers are tasty with the the appropriate level of the grease factor. If your feeling adventurous, try the PB and John. Translation, bacon cheese burger with peanut butter and jelly. Bizarre but strangely satisfying.
Review Source:This place is a gold mine of Beatles Mania. The building itself is beautiful but then it's topped off with more Beatles memorbilia than I have seen in my entire life. The owner must be a mega fan.
We came in for dinner and a few beers a couple nights ago and each ordered one of their signature Beatles Burgers. The Beatles themed menu was a cute if a little bit cheesy touch.
The McCartney burger was a veggie version of a Big Mac and got rave reviews from our veggie buddy, I had the Lennon burger which was blue cheese and bacon, and my husband had a Yoko burger which was smothered in fried jalapenos.
The food was great greasy pub food, and they had standard beer on tap. We'll have to come back again when we have more time to kill. It definitely seemed like a spot where you'd want to hang around a few hours.
My friend and I went here and it was just another odd Utah bar. The waitress was hiding among the 8 or 9 clients and everything was bottle. Hell I can get bottle beer at the store. We were the youngest ones in there that night, and at 30 that is getting hard to do. We also took the wrong entrance and ended up walking into a private party downstairs with a bunch of meatheads giving us the stink eye. Oops. But, now I know a bartender there and I'll have to give it another shot sometime. But I'll make sure they are serving draft beer first.
Review Source:Great chill bar in Ogden. Beatles memorabilia is all over the place! It's a good bar to go if you want to hang with friends and not have to yell over the crowd. The bloody mary's that Kyle makes are the best in Utah! (I've searched for better and still have not found anything that compares) The Buffalo Shrimp are a good drunk snack!
