This local pizza shop in the Village of Cambridge serves up NY City style and Sicilian pizzas (slices or whole pie) (6-8-12-24 cut sizes), calzones (with ricotta & mozzarella), subs, burgers, open faced sandwiches (turkey or roast beef) with gravy pasta dinners, wings, tenders, salads, and Pepsi products. The prices here seem reasonable. Specials are offered here.
The place is very casual, which is order at the counter with self serve table seating in the air conditioned dining area, TV, framed pictures of Yankee Stadium and the Meadowlands (Met Life) Stadium on the wall.
While driving through the area, I stopped in at Clark's Pizzeria around dinnertime since I was hungry, but not super hungry. I noticed they had pizza slices in the lighted glass case, so I decided to get a cheese slice ($2) and a pepperoni slice ($2.25), which were placed in the oven for a few minutes.
The pizza slices were pretty good, which had a firm semi thick crust (soft inside, slightly chewy) with the right amount of zesty tomato sauce and cheese. The bottom was crisp and slightly oily with screen pattern, baked in a pan. There was pepperoni in each bite of the pepperoni slice.
This was the right amount of tasty pizza for a light dinner on the road.
