Okay If you want hookah...you have to drive out to glendale, burbank, hollywood, beverly hills, or pasadena. Â Didnt even know that there was a hookah place in my back yard. I prob pass by this place a million times and never saw the sign. Ummm there is a sign but it was on top of a building so never really saw it. Even if I did, I didnt know what a cloud 9 was. One of my friends invited me here for hookah. First of all, I said, "there is a hookah place here?!" Doesnt seem like a lot of people know about this place because its been open for A LONG TIME (YEARS!!!!!!)! This place is literally hidden behind some businesses off of foothill. It is tiny. In the middle of TJ (Tujunga). I will say that the decor was impressive because concidering the location of this place, and the size of the building. The decor was pretty up there so I will give it a 4 out of 5. The reason why the rating is low is because of the location. There is barely any parking so have to street park. This place is a typical hookah place. Packed & invaded by young Armenian guys. All in all, rather go to burbank. But good to know there is one in my own back yard.
