Colton's Steakhouse & Grill

It went there on Friday night so it was very crowded. I didn't have to wait for a table though. My waiter was never checked on my drink or asked how my food was. Had he done so I could have told him my steak was very chewy. He brought my check two minutes after he brought my food. He just set it on the table and hurried away without saying anything or making eye contact. They didn't put many fries on my plate. The rolls were good and the salad was okay. The music was way too loud.

They've moved, but still good. The rolls looked as if they fount for their lives in the kitchen, but still tasted great. Maybe its a Texas thing(?). The steak was half over cooked (I ordered medium and got 50/50 well/med). Other than that the waiter was great and the dining room was impressively clean. I'll deff be back.
