The Company Bar

Came by on a Saturday night to find the place dark with a hand written "Closed" sign.  Talked to the hostess at the Mendo Bistro and found that the place has been closed since Dec 20th 2012.

Awesome bar.  Food isn't really a priority here.  It's all about the crazy new drinks.  I totally dig it!

We were told by the bartender when walking through the door at 9:45pm on a Thursday night 'we're closing in 15 minutes'.  He was being such a dick about it that we walked out. This happened after getting a bartender the night before who didn't know how to mix their specialized drinks or even the white russians a group of older women ordered. She also didn't know what to do with her dreds since they kept racking across the drinks she was trying to make.
The building design and location are fabulous so this place has soooo much potential, but they really need to get more courteous and knowledgeable staff to keep people wanting to return.
