After a year in London spending every Tuesday out eating Mexican, I was not apprehensive, but certainly curious to see what I would think of Coronas when I went for Tequila Tuesday. I've been there many times before with my family, who live one town over.

Coronas as pretty darn near perfected the art of Tex-Mex: everything is smothered in amazing sauces and cheese, and huge portion sizes, I'm always a fan of the enchiladas, though the tamales and burritos are very good too. They have a choice of salsas (mild, medium, hot) as well as a green chili sauce that goes great on many of their dishes. The chips and salsa that start every meal add a little kick and take the edge off while you wait for an overwhelming potion of Mexish food.

The margaritas are great: the "small" starts from $5 and the large, a bit like a swimming pool, begins from $8. They have a wide selection of tequilas, both regular and top shelf, including Don Julio, Cabo Wabo, and others. As a budding tequila connoisseur, I can't ask for more in the tequila range, especially in such a small community -- there were plenty of places in London with fewer choices.

The service at Coronas is always good, served with a smile and a conversation, and the locals are known and remembered by the servers. It's always a nice feeling to come back after a while and still feel at home.

That's what Coronas does: it's a family-run local business that makes you feel at home. It adds diversity to the restaurant options in the I-80 corridor, and will always hold a place in my heart for that reason.

I tell you what, for being in Strasburg you could do A LOT worse. The service is good...even if the place can get quite busy. The margaritas are good, the combos are pretty good as well. The gorditas are pretty freakin' tasty...remind me of how my G-ma made them. The green chili is addictive...especially covering a shredded beef burrito. The thing that was strange to me is the mixed vegetables in the rice...I'm used to veggies being in rice....peas and corn...but carrots and lima beans? Oh well, I eat it...and it's still good. Go here and enjoy...the nice girls in the staff will take care of you!

Tried three times for them to fix my order, told me I was wrong, they were right and I had to return a third time with entire bag of food to "prove" I wasn't lying.  Manager came out rolling her eyes at me saying she would not fix it because I had a "bad attitude"!  If you like teenagers with attitudes and surly managers, mediocre to bland food at best this is for you.  You will find me at "Happy Burrito" in Bennett from now on.

This place is just okay. The food is good, but it's something that you can get at any restaurant. There isn't anything exceptional about it and I think it gets decent reviews simply because there aren't any other options for Mexican food anywhere nearby.

The waitstaff is very friendly and the food is just average. It's okay if you're in the area, but definitely not worth the drive if you're headed from town.

Ate at Corona's last night and loved it!  The food was delicious and the waitress was knowledgeable about ingredients: when she found out I didn't eat meat she double-checked my whole order to make sure it was all veggie-friendly.  Our food came out in a timely manner, and all of the staff were super friendly.  I heartily recommend this restaurant!

There aren't a whole lot of choices that I've found when it comes to Mexican food in Broomfield, CO, so I was excited when this place opened down the street from me. If you want to eat at this place for dinner on the weekends, you can expect to wait for a little while. This place does as excellent business, and for good reason. Not sure why some of the reviews explain that Corona's is overpriced, because I sure don't agree. I went into Corona's less than a week ago with my fiance and our dinner was $13 and change. To me that's pretty hard to beat.

I've been in Corona's probably about 7 times by now, and always had excellent service. I've never had to wait from than 15 minutes for food, even on busy weekend nights. The food has always been above average, so the overall experience is hard to beat.

Low prices, decent food, good staff, and quick service. What more do you want.

A coworker and I ate at Corona's yesterday, it was horrible. My chimichanga tasted like a turkey pot pie with chili on top of it (it was supposed to be carnitas). And my coworkers food was awful as well. On top of it we both got very sick last night, when I called the restaurant today to inform them the only response they had was, okay thanks. I will never go there again.

WELL Jennifer I beg to differ! This place is not only over priced for being in un-incorporated Adams County but the service is the worst I have ever had! My wife and my two daughters have been there several times. We have lived here for over 10 years. It takes about 40 minutes during dinner to get a meal! That is way too long, plus lunch takes about 25. The green chile is good along with the beans; meaning you can have a great smothered burrito of any they offer. The salsa has too much cumin, the tacos and tostados have no flavor, plus too soggy! Where have you been eating? The daughter (of Coronas) has an ice-cream shop in Bennett that is totally awesome! Try it!!!!

To Jennifer M. from a Mexican American who knows great Mexican food. I'm very happy with the things in my life. You don't know me so don't judge me! Corona's is OVER PRICED for the portions! I said the green chile is great but the service is POOR! I live here in Strasburg and have been there several times but haven't been for a while because the service never changes, slow...... It's ok if you want to gorge yourself with chips and salsa for 40 minutes or longer. I usually don't have that kind of time!

Visited  Corona's in Strasburg after my grandson's  Legion team got kicked by the locals. Never been to this 1,000 population town before.
Food was outstanding!  The Margarita (14 oz) was so good and big  I took a pix for my Facebook profile photo. The marinated carne asada (steak) was so delicious we re ordered additional side dishes. The  Churros desert (with ice creme) was yummy. Our token vegetarian in the group did not go hungry either.  I've got to  figure out  how to get back to this town. Oh yes, the "Comanche Crossing Museum" was interesting too.

My all time favorite Mexican Restaurant!  And I have TRIED many of em'!  Of all the places to find this little Gem...Strasburg CO.  I visit this little town about once a month, having many family members in the area.  The chips and salsa are top notch, warm chips , salsa that does not have too much of one thing...namely onions!  My favorite dish is the Steak and Avocado burrito.  It is smothered with tasty green chili, and you have a choice between hot, medium, or mild or a mixture of them.  All beverages (not alcoholic) are served in extra large glasses, so you never run out.  The Margaritas are good too!
I have always had great  service here.  Most importantly, they have always treated my gramma, a more than frequent diner at Corona's with kindness and respect.
    Prices are very reasonable!
I have not dined at the new location in Broomfield, but will try to get up there as soon as I can!!
