The only reason it's getting one star is because you can't give halves.
I stopped here Friday night because a friend suggested it...WORST IDEA EVER! If your not one of the grungy trashy looking regulars, prepare to be gawked at and catch numerous dirty looks.
There were some girls doing a promotion and that seemed to really bring out the people's inner scumbag. From every other person there I heard "gimme" this and "bitch" that. Even the bartenders were being rude to the girls.
The drinks were ok. But then again I'd like to think they couldn't screw up a beer.
Needless to say we decided to cut that portion of our evening way short. However as we made our way to the car, we had to make our way through/around pockets crying, screaming, and staggering drunks. Campbell is a pretty area but as with most places there's gotta be a part that world could do without...I give you "court's lounge."
My husband and I have been coming here Thursday nights for the last couple if months and we always have such a great time. They have gear bartenders,karaoke, pool, and darts. We just come for the darts, mostly. They have rows of electronic dart boards that's away from the bar, and the lousy karaoke singers lol. But I would definitely recommend this place.

Driving back from SF, a few friends called to say they were there for karaoke night (Sat night). Â I had visions of this place being dingy and what not, but FAR FROM IT.
Long bar with pool tables and dart board in back. Â The best part. It felt relaxed and there wasn't one 'type' of person there. Â Darryl, the 'KJ' is AMAZING! This dude can sing and ensure everyone gets their chance.
Everyone else is friendly and it was a lively night. Not overly crowded and I'd definitely go back. Â
4 tv's above bar, plenty of seating along the bar area and in back.
It's in small lot, so parking is a hit or miss. Just grab  a spot on the street or in the dirt lot next door. Â
Great bar, great people and definitely check out karaoke night. The highlight: this rocker who was extremely nice sang Pantera. We were all amazed. He was good! haha. Fun place, check it out.
I like to frequent many of the dives in Campbell, but this is by far my favorite. Why, do you ask? One word.... Eryn. By far the best bartender you could ask for. Always gives everyone a warm welcome, no matter if they are a regular or a first timer. She even remembers exactly what I want now and I almost never have to ask for my drinks by name. I think someones post said she needs a review? She does, Someone give that girl a raise!!
Review Source:I came to Court's to celebrate my brother's birthday. Court's has a number of dart boards, some pool tables, a lone pinball machine, and a large table for beer pong if one is so inclined. Â Court's also has a back patio area if you prefer to get away from the noise inside. Having frequented a number of dive bars in college, I felt that the only thing that the place lacked was a live band.

I showed up with some friends and we basically had to ply her away from a group of guys she was flirting with just to order a drink, which she ended up making TERRIBLY!!! Then, for the next ten minutes I watched her totally ignore some girl who was waiting to order because she was too busy talking to another group of guys. The girl finally spoke up and I heard her say, "Hey! Do you think I can order my drink sometime tonight?" Then Erin walked over to her and rudely asked "What do you want?"...... (A penis prehaps. Maybe then we might get some better service)
The bar itself is pretty fun. I do plan on going back, just not on an Erin night. I mean really! Who wants to pay as much money as we have to pay for bar drinks if they're just going to be made shitty by some rude, obnoxious bartender?! I seriously think she should be up for review.......
only reason why i gave it 2 stars well i went there Monday night and for some weird reason the people there made me not feel welcome. I didn't really care, my drink was great and all, it was a very spacy place with lots of dart boards and pool tables. I was only there for 20 minutes and left only the fact that the people there gave me weird looks and it made me feel uncomfortable. wouldn't want to go back there again.
other than that the bartender was nice and friendly. =)
Its been a while sive I've updated this, but the bar sold sometime last year, the new owner re-adjusted his selection of bartenders... and over all... at least there are still dart tournaments Friday and Saturday nights, and various different league nights throughout the week... but the dart section is seperate from the bar area, so everyone seems to get along just fine.... =)

The bartenders are great..but Eryn is the best!! Â Ask her to pour you a "porn star" or one of her huge list of porn star related drinks...you wont be disappointed.
I thought it was empty not seeing how big this place is until I turned the corner and ran into the wall of darts. I went for a dart league event so it was cool to see friends from so many teams at once.
There's a smoker friendly area in the back with chairs open until 10 pm. Unfortunately, the fact that they only have Budweiser on tap kills it a little for me.
I came here on a Saturday not planning on staying long but the day bartender was so nice and made me feel so comfortable I stayed for over 4 hours, His name is Mark really cool guy..... I'll be going back to see him again he gives  great service and is always nice. This place is cool.
Review Source:I've tried to like Courts, it was much better back in the day. Gave it another try in December cause the bf went there for some birthday drinks. The weekend evening bartender is an unfriendly bitch and her drinks suck. Don't taste a trace of alcohol in them. When I mentioned it she gave me a dirty look and walked off. I left after my first drink.
My bf goes once in awhile and says that bartenders always a snot. I refuse to go back, they suck.
This place is amazing if you're looking to just chill with a couple friends in a real dive bar. The people that frequent there seem friendly enough, the bartenders all seem nice too. The dart boards are what keep me going back, especially if I'm feeling up for kicking some ass at a game I've finally found that I'm decent at! Don't get your hopes up if you're looking for a bar filled with modern things, (or people, hee hee!), but if you're cool with chilling with an eclectic group of people, definitely hit up Court's! You're bound to have a good time...even if it's spent mostly people watching :)

Â The beer is cheap, and the bartenders are friendly. Â Everytime I've been there, it's been slow. Â Never a huge crowd. Â If you want to go to a dive bar to get wasted in a hurry, this is your place. Â If you are looking to meet and mingle, go elsewhere.
Review Source:Some other hoser said that you can't rate a dive more than three stars. Well, take your own advice and don't hang out here. Go stand shoulder to shoulder downtown, or get stuck with a crappy DJ, or wait 10 minutes to get served.
Not here. This is a true dive, and the word "dive" does not have the hipster connotation that it does elsewhere. Â This bar has friendly regulars, a good jukebox, pool, foos and a shuffleboard. The bartenders are always friendly, and the drinks strong.
This is the place to hang out with friends or alone.
There's also TV's on two different satelittes, so you can always catch the game. Five stars all the way.
This is a true dive bar, and, as always, I use that as a term of endearment. Â Anywhere where you can by lotto tickets on your way out from a vending machine is OK in my book. Â Add foosball, shuffleboard, and cromudgenly clientele, and you've got magic in a bottle.
Just don't do anything silly like order a mojito or ask for a wine list.
(P.S. Any self respecting dive bar can't be rated much higher than 3 stars, so keep that in mind here)
