Crab's Claw Inn

I have been here before. Anyone who lives in the area or comes to the area has been here. The bar experience is good. Just locals or people waiting for tables. Good wings. I was never impressed with the dinners however.
We had an hour and I wanted to give it another shot this summer.
I'm not a huge fan of jacked up summer priced restaurants. Hence I'm not too thrilled with spending $50 just for lunch for 2 people.
The calamari was good, but greasy and as you can see from my posted picture, quite a small portion compared to other restaurants. For $13.99 you kind of expect a bigger portion. The crab cake sandwich was good but at $11.99, I can't say it's "reasonably" priced. A BIT high for a thin crab cake. But I stuck with something easy.
Same Crabs Claw locals/older atmosphere, nice waitress, good martini, just not a place I'll come back to again and again.

I'm a local so I know what to expect: nothing fancy, a little worn-in, but good food and good prices. I prefer their breakfasts at "on the side" to their actual dinners, and they do have great breakfast! I enjoy the laid back dive, and will always return for more.
