The asado de puerco is some of the best I've ever had. Whether in Mexico or in the US. Very tender, flavorful without being overly spicy. The beans are superb and extremely fresh. The rice is well seasoned without being over the top with fillers like peas and carrots.
However, the chips are served with no salt and the salsa just tastes like tomato sauce no heat or "salsa" flavor at all. But all in all the meal would be worth the trip all on its own!
