I have been here many times. I love how they make their own cheese cake and everything I've had has been awesome. The staff are always nice and there was one time I had an issue and wrote to the manager and they sent me a  letter back and a gift certificate. I will continue to come here.
Review Source:I like it. And that says alot coming from because I am a pain in the a$$. I expect an attentive wait staff. In my opinion an owner that hires a quality staff most likely hired quality cooks too, buys quality food, you get my point. Conversely, an owner that hires and keeps a forgetful lazy wait staff probably also has a forget lazy cook, a lazy way of buying food..etc etc. To me, the wait staff is not only the point of contact between customer and establishment, it is the most important part other then taste of the food of course. I want my drink refilled without being asked, I want the server to come to the table a few minutes after the entress have been served.
All that being said, I have been to the Cup and Saucer many times over the last few years and always had a pleasant, attentive experience. And the food is delicious. But then again, I order boring stuff.. Gyro or Cheeseburger, or Belgium Waffle. If a diner can not get those dishes right it might as well close.
I love this diner. May be my most favorite in the world...Since the day it has opened I have been a customer and every time I come home this is the first place I eat.
No matter what you are craving - Italian, Greek, salad, burger, whatever - they have it and it's delicious. Do NOT miss dessert! The best cheesecakes ever....I love the Cup and always will!
This is our local diner and it is a place I have eaten at many times. I have always had good service and good food. It's a great place for breakfast and has your typical wide ranging NY diner menu where you can find something for everyone for any meal. Sunday mornings can be busy as it is one of the places that a lot of the church folks go to after their services.
Review Source:I recently ate at the Cup & Saucer for the second time, and every time I find myself in Pine Bush I will return to this diner. The food is soooo good! I was there with a party of 10, and the service was quick as well as friendly. We had such a good time in the relaxed atmosphere that we may have gotten a little loud. Our whole party had a variety of menu items from breakfast to appetizers to dinner and dessert, and there were happy, satisfied smiles all around. To the lovely waitresses and hostess at the Cup & Saucer, we hope to see you all again soon.
Review Source:New Years morning I woke up wanting delicious food and boy did I find it here! I had typical egg breakfast it was great, my boyfriend had a Montecristo it was really good! My friends had the ham crossant and the other had a special with chicken, shrimp over rice and it was delicious too! Yeah that's right great seafood at a diner! Did I mention they have a full bar, and make great bloody marys & screwdrivers and even carry Grey goose..the staff was great.. The place was immaculate and I am nuts about clean..I wil recommend this place again and again! Mangia
