  This is a nice basement bar, they have a good mix of live music and other live shows. The drink prices are good as well. All your drinks come in glasses not some cheap plastic cups like others in town.

  A decent spot for a Friday or Saturday night. Live music is always a plus. Drinks and cover are fairly inexpensive. I do wish, however, that there wasn't smoking in bars anymore in Michigan. I have been completely spoiled since moving to Chicago in that regard. Still, when I am back visiting the folks and need some nightlife, Czars usually delivers.

  Reasonable drink prices and usually great bands make a great combo.  This place really made St. Joseph more liveable by having a great venue and bringing in live music to the area.
