  Crazy as this seems, Dad's is awesome!!!!!
  
  Dad's is our go to stop in the country when we do not want to wait on line and have a rushed meal in the berkshires. We drive back to the NY side from Mass and love the atmosphere.  Who would have thought that an old fashion diner in the middle of the country would rock.
  
  The diner is extremely clean and the ladies who work the front are GREAT!!!!!
  
  I was a skeptic until I went last year, and as I wrote earlier Dad's is the go to spot.  By the way, after dinner and dinner is awesome, I always order a banana split.
  
  If you are in the region the stop is worth the trip.

  Really special place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great with children and elderly people. Food is priced very reasonably and generally quite good. Pies and hamburgers especially.

  First of all it was one of the only places open after Hurricane Irene.
  
  We've been to Dad's on several occasions and the service/staff is always great - their food is fresh and fast.

  This diner is just what you are looking for! If you're in the area for skiing, hunting, antiquing...ANYTHING, Dad's Copake Diner is a great port in the storm.
  
  The staff is very friendly and attentive and the prices can't be beat. They've got a great breakfast menu but get there early as the place is small and seating goes quickly.
  
  Look for the sign off of Rt 22!
