Dad's Family Restaurant

Friendly staff! Great deal on root beer floats when we stopped by. They even have those order phones in the booths. My root beer float spilled over and dribbled on my shorts. My wife laughed hysterically which got the attention of one of the staff. She came over right away with a damp towel and a firendly, helpful attitude. You can't go wrong here.

Last time I was here was back in '95. It was an A & W then. Other than the name change, little is different. Your basic burger and shake place.

Probably the most interesting thing about Dad's was the old-school phones at each table for placing orders.  I had a grill cheese sandwich and onion rings.  Wouldn't have been too bad if not for foul smell from the slaughter house in town.
